Big and spacious apartment, with a sea view and few minutes to the beach

The apartment is very modern, well furnished, big and spacious with 2 fully equipped bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. The terrace especially is incredible, big, with a dinning table and outdoor sofa. The view is really nice and the beach is only a few minutes walking. Around the beach there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

Jederzeit wieder!

Der persönliche Eindruck der Wohnung vor Ort ist besser als die Bilder aufzeigen. Eine sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung. Eine kleine aber feine Küche, tolle Schlafzimmer und sehr neuwertige Bäder. Der Ausblick auf das Meer der großen Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Mara ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, die sich sehr viel Mühe gibt und mit voller Hingabe für die Gäste da ist. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und erneut eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbringen. Ja, man hört die Bar bei geöffneter Terrassentür auch im Schlafzimmer, allerdings ist es für uns nicht störend gewesen.

Tolle Wohnung

Sehr saubere, schöne moderne Wohnung mit großer Terrasse mit Meerblick. Unmittelbare Strandnähe. Kleiner Minuspunkt die Musik der nahen Strandbar bis ca. 1.00 Uhr. Bei geschlossener Terrassentür allerdings nicht mehr hörbar. Würden trotzdem jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schöne und moderne Wohnung

Eine schöne und moderne Wohnung in Arbatax. Uns waren die zwei Bäder wichtig. Die große Terasse ist sehr schön. Die Beachbar in direkter Nähe haben wir mitbekommen, aber es ist nicht weiter schlimm. Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass auf der Baustelle nebenan noch gearbeitet wurde, aber auch das war nur sporadisch laut.

Dejlig lejlighed tæt ved stranden

Lejligheden ligger godt og virker meget ny og terrassen er stor og dejlig. Hvis vi havde nogle spørgsmål til ejer, fik vi øjeblikkelig svar, hvilket er dejligt. Der mangler dog en del udstyr i køkkenet, f.eks. brødrister, elkedel, si, vinglas, tepotte, æggebægre, fade og skåle, flere knive. På terrassen ville det være rart med et par solsenge og evt. en grill. Det er et problem, at man ikke kan benytte mere end én plade ad gangen på komfuret pga. strømforhold, det betyder, at hvis man skruer op for en plade, kan man ikke have en anden plade tændt på fuldt blus. Det begrænser anvendelsen og det er ærgerligt, når man regner med at kunne lave mad. Der er en del larm i form af musik fra restauranter i nærheden. Men alt i alt havde vi et dejligt ophold og vi kan kun anbefale lejligheden.

Netter Aufenthalt mit guter Lage

Modern und nett eingerichtete Wohnung in einer guten Lage. 2 Strände in Laufentfernung. Die Beachbar macht leider bis spät laute Musik, die Nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster störend sein kann. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung empfehlen

Eine Wohnung, um den Urlaub genießen zu können

Es hat alles gestimmt. Begrüßung, Erklärungen, Aufmerksamkeit, Einrichtung, Ausstattung, Lage und selbst die Dauerbeschallung aus der Strandbar war jetzt nicht nervig sondern angenehm ( als Anwohner würde es aber doch mit der Zeit nerven :-). ) Man kann von dort viel unternehmen. Berge, Strände und Bootstouren Wir würden gerne wieder kommen

Beliggenhed i top - dejlige rum og bad

Dejlig lejlighed med fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på stranden og nær bar og restaurant. Vi tilbragte mange stunder på den store terrasse med udsigt til vandet.
