The flat is spacious, bright, well equipped and perfect for 3-4 people. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, there are books, games and a TV and the most amazing view of the harbour and bay from the front room! Steve was always on hand to reply to questions and very helpful. The flat is very well kept, and the little garden space is a real gem. Very close to the town centre and all beaches. Highly recommended for a wonderful time in lovely St. Ives!

Amazing view, very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. This home was very suitable for my wife and 2 young children. There are of course a few steps down to the town, but it wasn’t too bad. Would gladly stay again

The flat is clean and comfortable and only a ten minute walk from the town centre and it has a lovely view of the harbour from the balcony. It is situated on a steep hill so requires some climbing of steps to get back from town centre but this isn’t a problem if you’re fairly fit. Parking isn’t generally available outside the flat but paid parking is available 5 mins drive from the flat. The flat has all the required facilities and is very pleasant.

We thoroughly enjoyed a lovely week in this flat in St Ives. It has wonderful views from a big bay window and balcony at the front. The flat was very clean with all the amenities you would expect. Steve was a great host communicating well throughout the process.

We loved this apartment. Everything was as described. The view is absolutely wonderful and you can spend all day just gazing out of the window. However, we made good use of our time and had a wonderful week out and about in st Ives. Communication with the host is excellent. We needed to contact him a couple of times and he always responded straight away and was extremely pleasant and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and provided exactly what we needed. Would definitely return. Just to say, the walk into town is not far but the return journey is up a very steep hill so if you struggle with mobility be warned. We came home a lot fitter, if exhausted!!! Excellent week, didnt want to come home!

Great time in a lovely place

We had a great time in St Ives, the flat is very clean and has everything we needed (including many board games that our son loved). Also it's nice to be within walking distance from the beach, the harbour and town.Great hosts too, very easy to communicate with.

Great St.Ives Getaway.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, 5 minutes from the town/harbour where there are lots of bars and restaurants to eat at, and 10 minutes from a couple of fantastic beaches. The apartment itself was clean, light and airy with everything you could need, as well as a great view of the harbour!Loved St. Ives and the apartment, will definitely be returning.

Wonderful holidays in St Yves

We spent a very pleasant week in St Yves. The flat is very comfortable, quiet and well decorated. The view on the town, the Harbour and the sea is amazing. The location of the apartment is perfect, near the shops, the Harbour and the beach.

Great location a few minutes from town.

Great views from the apartment, not to noisy the proximity to town. The only negative was the smell of damp in the communal hallway. Would recommend for a great break in St Ives .

Unfortunately the owners of the apartment downstairs have had a recent leak which has caused some problems with damp. This is being sorted out.

Having spent many happy holidays in St Ives first as a couple and now with two young children we truly know how lucky we are to have an apartment in this very special place. It is still primarily our getaway with the children from our busy lives but we always promised that if we were ever lucky enough to own a place here and rent it out we would try hard to make sure all our guests went away with the same magical feeling we have always had after a stay We are sure that wherever you stay in St Ives you will enjoy its magic as we still do on every visit. Why they chose this property

St Ives is a magical place with beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. Big enough to enjoy many varied restaurants cafes and bars but still retaining the feel of an old fishing village.

What makes this property unique

The apartment has some of the most iconic views of St Ives and out to the ocean and yet is only a five minute stroll to the harbour and beaches. Though modern and bright the apartment still has a cosy feel to it
