Spend your quality vacation times in a quiet and spacious 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condominium at Terrace Ridge, which is a secure gated community surrounded by conservation area and lakes with mature trees, and yet close to Disney resort and other major theme parks.

Terrace Ridge is a small community with a Club House where you can greet your guests or meet new friends.

The fitness and games room are located in the Club House, whereas the hot tub and community swimming pool is behind the Club House.

The swimming pool and hot tub open until Sunset (varies by season) allowing plenty of time to refresh and relax after a long day of activities at the theme parks or golf course.

Our condo is suitable for all ages from retired adults who wish to enjoy playing golf in Orlando's finest and most famous golf resort Champions Gate, less than 10 minutes of drive.

Family with children will also enjoy our condo as distance to Disney World and other fun-theme parks are about 20 minutes drive

Nice and Comfy

The place is quiet and easy to get around. Love the area -within minutes you have starbucks, Restaurants and fast food places and food supermarket. Pool area is nice and peaceful. Communication with the host he was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would recommend.

Great option for small family or couples.

The owner of this location was easily the best I have dealt with in all my VRBO rentals. VERY communicative and understanding when weather delayed our arrival by 36 hours. Property is quiet and is just as stated in the description. Location will have you dealing with some rough traffic pattern but hey, its Disneyworld so you get that everywhere. Great for a small family or two couples.

Great Location, has everything you need

The property was in a good area, but just be aware that there are a lot of road works outside of the complex, but hopefully that won't take too much longer to complete, but currently they add a few minutes to your journeys. The apartment has all the facilities you require for a rental property, including cable TV and free WiFi. One thing that confused me - there are notes on the main door that refer to a Key lockbox that is still there but is not required now, so might be better to remove anything that is no longer relevant as can be confusing when you arrive tired after travelling. The management company were very helpful when needed, and didn't mind answering my questions, how ever silly they were. Would recommend.

Great location, very clean, perfect for Orlando area stay.

Me and my best friend stayed at this condo for a week while visiting Disney World. We loved the location and all the amenities that the condo came with along with the condo being exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The only aspect that we found odd was upon arrival we noticed that there were no paper products, household cleaners or extra trash bags. Seeing as though we were buying food and other items at the grocery store I had no problem with buying paper towels, extra bath tissue and soap for the duration of our stay, but I did think it was odd that when it came time to check out, there were no extra trash bags in the entirety of the house. For two people we did not have a lot of trash but it was getting quite full and we had to use other means of garbage bags towards the end of our stay. It was just odd to me that when offering a full kitchen and two bathrooms that you don't also provide the necessities like extra bath tissue and dish soap to make your guests feel welcome in your home. Other than that our stay was perfect and we had a wonderful time staying here. I would definitely recommend staying here to my friends and family.

Great stay!

Iwan’s home is great! Very cozy in a nice, quiet, gated community. Photos are accurate, but do not capture how truly homey this place feels! Super accessible to plenty in the area (supermarket, pharmacy, food places- within minutes) and within 20 minutes of Disney Parks! Upon arrival, we were missing the pool access key which was remedied by Iwan and the property manager. I will definitely come back to stay at this wonderful abode! Highly recommend!

Great Condo for Orlando Vacation!

We rented this condo from Iwan and it was perfect for our family! Home had all the basics for us upon arrival. Publix, and other food options are a short 4 Minute drive from the unit. Easy access to all that Orlando has to offer without all of the tourist hassles. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

Enjoyed the 2 week stay so much we have booked already to come back in 2017 for a month to the same complex but to another unit as the one we stayed in is already reserved. Although the buildings were undergoing necessary repair due to Mother Natures fury, it did not deter us from enjoying ourselves. On the quiet outskirts of the daily business yet close to all shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The management company was also a great assistance in settling in and any inquiry that we had. Looking forward to next year

Nice place

We enjoyed staying here at Terrace Ridge. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was easy to get to all the parks, but far enough away to stave off the Disney sensory overload. I had a few questions before going, and the owner got back to me quickly, was super helpful and nice too. There was some construction going on behind the complex and would cause some occasional vibration, but there is construction all over Orlando. We would go back in a minute.

Why they chose this property

We love Central Florida, the weather, lakes, theme parks, wild life adventure, and so on. So, we decided to purchase a condo to save ourselves some money from paying expensive hotels in Florida.

What makes this property unique

We choose Davenport due to close proximity to Disney area, but yet far away from the hectic of a big city Orlando.

We love Terrace Ridge because the community is small and common amenities are within walking distance.

Terrace Ridge is in a gated community only accessible by passcode.
