Ant it is a house from our ancients that were living i Pollença their whole live.
The house is located in the old town, very close to the Center 5 minutes, where you will find all the comforts
Like you can see in the photos the house is really good located and next to the center of Pollença, that's where
you can find a lot of fun every day.
You can find lots of mountain and nautical activities.

Tolle Lage des Hauses. 5 Minuten zum Zentrum. Der Pool im Hof ist sehr angenehm. Wir hatten leider mit der Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen etwas Ärger. Irgendwie war keine Kühlleistung vorhanden. Das ganze während eine Hitzewelle. Das Problem konnte während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht gelöst werden. Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze in der Straße praktisch nicht vorhanden. Generell sind eher kleinere Autos für Pollenca wie Corsa, Polo, Mini, i10 oder ähnliches zu empfehlen.

Gorgeous little town house

The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a godsend that we spent a lot of time in. The bubbles were a huge hit. The air conditioning took time to figure out and the upstairs bathroom gets unbearably hot but you can’t open the doors if the the a/c is on. It’s very hot if you go in the summer. The downstairs shower didn’t work but that didn’t bother us. The location was amazing. We loved it. The owners were lovely to deal with.

Amazing gem in pollensa

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is incredible. We loved the property it had so much space for a town house and was close to good restaurants. Very quiet street as well! Will be returning.

Home from home

Comfortable and spacious and thoughtfully set out, immaculately clean and plunge pool a complete winner! Air con an absolute must in summer months. We thoroughly loved staying here and would not hesitate to recommend this property. We’d recommend getting a smallIsh hire car as it’s street parking and roads are narrow. Thank you Joana and Miquel !

Perfect!

Wonderful location if you want to be I easy walk to Pollenca square with it beautiful restaurants and market. The property is a mix of old sandstone and modern design. Would certainly stay again.

Superbe location

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances dans cette superbe location...un petit château...très atypique ;-). Le propriétaire est super sympathique. Très bien équipée. Le seule petit bémol pour se garer, les rues sont très étroites, notre voiture en fait les frais :-(.
