Had a wonderful week here with 4 generations of my family, ages ranging from 3 to 90 years. This is an interesting, comfortable and welcoming house in an idyllic setting with fantastic views and outstanding pool and outdoor facilities. The house has a lovely "lived in" ambience and we very quickly felt at home here. Equipment is excellent - some things such as temperamental appliances were a bit quirky, but didn't really detract from the experience and if anything added to the charm. The house owner and house manager were extremely helpful, accommodating and kind, both before and during the stay. All in all, I can't praise this place too highly. It's absolutely heavenly.

Why they chose this property
After living in Australia and Hong Kong, we were fortunate enough to have a 2 year year posting in Rome from 2009-2011. We absolutely love Italy and knew that we would return year after year. After a long search we found our home in Umbria. A region steeped in history, natural beauty, amazing food and lovely people. An easy drive from Rome, or the local airport at Perugia the house is easily accessible. It a place where you can forget the world and have a truly relaxing holiday.
What makes this property unique
We love the peace and tranquillity, breathtaking views, and fresh air. We love the kitchen, the true heart of the house. Alfresco dining with the BBQ and pizza oven.
