Politeama Double-House

Great location for a holiday in Palermo, sunny and warm. Ideal for groups of 6, 7 or 8 people.
Large living rooms; Terrace; Two bathrooms; Double Kitchen; Three bedrooms and one sofabed

The Double-House is the addition of two apartments, one step far from each other, on the same floor.

Strategically located between the main streets of the historic city center ("Via Roma" and "Via Maqueda"), easily accessible with a short walking museums, churches and the historical markets.

Free Wi-fi, Towels and Sheets.
The apartment has been recently fully renovated and furnished with care. There are air conditioning / heat pump, heating and dry-hairs.

The bus from the airport will leave you in "Piazza Politeama", where we easily go together to the flat.
Also from "Politeama square" the buses arrive and depart from "Mondello" (sand beach) and the various destinations: Monreale, Catania ecc...).
The city harbor and the rail-station are just a few minutes far from our flat.

Fantastic short break in Palermo!

Had a wonderful short break in Palermo. Giuseppe’s Double House was a super find. Brilliant location, fabulous space and decor and extremely clean. Giuseppe was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any of our queries. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a comfortable and convenient break in this fabulous city.

Palermo stay

The check in process was easy. The location was great because you could walk to all the sites, but its very noisy in the apartment which makes it hard to sleep. We werent supplied with some necessary products and when i contacted the owner I didn't get a response back.

2 apartments perfect for our family!

We were a family of 6 adults traveling together. Having 2 apartments gave us he privacy we needed. Apartments were nicely decorated and had bottled water in the frig and some groceries to use if we wanted. Location was great but a bit noisy. The best part was the terrace in one of the apartments. We had hoped that both apartments had terraces or that they connected somehow outdoors. We did have a problem with the shower which was fixed. We would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Palermo.

Rather poor experience

The one good thing about these 2 apartments are the location, which is close to everything.That said, we had a rather poor experience:1) One of the apartment was not as pictured. One of the room shows two single beds and ended up having only one double bed instead which mean our teenage son had to sleep on the (non-foldable) couch.3) the showers were moldy and more importantly there was very little hot water - which did not suffice for more than two short showers (there was 7 of us).4) the kitchen was dirty and lacking the minimum: very few silverware, including 3 dirty plastic forks, not enough plates and glasses. (The second kitchen had empty closets - not a single dish in it).And overall way too expensive for what it is.
