Set on the hillside above Moraira, the breathtaking views that overlook the sea, valley, town and vineyards, have to be seen to be believed. This is an upside down house to make the most of the wonderful views. Seated in an secure urbanization. Master-bedroom with en suite bathroom on top floor, open floor plan kitchen and living room with fire place. Dining room. Terrace with luxury BBQ. Downstairs 3 bedrooms. 2 twin bedrooms and another King size bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The twins overlook the hot tub terrace and the views. On the same floor is a second sitting room which has a settee and chair. TV. DVD and WII machine with games and pilates workout facility. We have provided a second fridge for cold drinks during the summer. The internal floor size is 173.3 m2. The hot tub terrace has 8 sun loungers and those wonderful views. Washing machine. Smoking is permitted on the terraces only. Large communal swimming pool which has sun beds provided. If you want to us the hot tub (jacuzzi) you can book it separately

Beautiful Moraira!

If you are looking for a vacation at a location in spain Thats not too exploited with tourism, this is the place for you. A Good community pool and wonderful views from the balcony. Nearby beaches and shops are very nice! If you Have a car its a close drive to Calpe and Benidorm!

Stay with a View

The villa was very well equipped and furnished. The brand new kitchen was a joy to work in. There was even an empty kitchen cupboard to to put your groceries in. I wouldn't recommend it for travellers with a long car as the parking is very tight.

Escribo un segundo comentario porque el primero me lo censura la pagina por contenido inapropiado.Reservamos la villa entre varias opciones disponibles por el jacuzzi, cual es nuestra sorpresa cuando llegamos está sucio y sin agua... llamamos al contacto del dueño y nos dice que se pensaba que veniamos al dia siguiente, nos dimos cuenta porque la casa no estaba limpia.A posteriori hemos visto que en inglés y en alemán pone en título que el Jacuzzi es opcional, en español no pone que sea opcional y yo reservé en español.Además he visto que en sueco, italiano o danés tampoco aparece que sea opcional (adjunto capturas) por lo que considero que la información es erronea y perdi un servicio que ofertaban como incluido.El dinero que pedían además para poder usar el Jacuzzi era en efectivo, fuera de la plataforma, no me parece ético y me siento estafado.Las vistas muy bonitas de la villa, la piscina comunitaria esta bien cuidada y es tranquila. Para aparcar apenas hay espacio, se maniobra muy mal y si llevas dos coches como nuestro caso has de aparcar fuera.El baño de arriba y la cocina parecen reformadas no hace muchos años, el resto de la casa un poco vieja, pero ni tan mal... de las 4 habitaciones una no se pudo usar hasta el cuarto dia, dado que apestaba a humedad, tuvimos que airearla bien...

Résidence sécurisée et agréable

Une grande maison, bien équipée. Cuisine très bien équipée et pratique pour préparer les repas. Grande terrasse qui permet de prendre tous les repas dehors. Des ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces indispensables pour supporter la chaleur très élevée en août. Malgré leur présence, il fait très chaud dans la maison. Heureusement, la piscine permet d'aller se rafraichir facilement, Petits bémols : le manque de meubles dans les salles de bains du bas et deux des matelas dans les chambres individuelles qui sont des matelas à ressorts pas du tout confortable. Une place de parking disponible juste à côté de la maison, mais très étroite, donc qui demande d'être adroit et confiant avec sa voiture.

Haus mit sehr schönem Blick

Das Haus war geraümig. Schöne Schlafzimmer in zwei Stocken. Beide hatten eine Terrasse mit Meeresblick. Das Haus hat alles was mann braucht. Nur das Parken vom Auto ist schwierig oder unmöglich. Der Parkplatz nebn dem Haus war für unser Auto zu klein. Neben aber ausserhalb die Ferienanlage gebt es zwar eine Parkmöglichkeit. Deshalb kein Problem. Kein Airco aber Ventilatoren. War gut genug. Sehr schöner Pool, auch mit Meersblick, zum schwimmen. Balspielen usw verboten. Viele Fereinhäuser in der Umgebung. Das Inland ist wesentlicht ruhiger als der Meeresstreifen.

Ótimo local, casa de acordo com as expectativas, embora com algumas coisas acusarem a idade ou a necessitarem de ser reparadas. No andar de baixo no quarto interior cheiro a humidade (mofo) razão das 4 estrelas e não 5 na limpeza. Forte razão para repetir.

Quiet, spacious, sunny, good view

Four good sized double bedrooms, two terraces facing south with amazing views to the sea, lovely quiet location. A drive down the hill to beaches, numerous restaurants and cafes etc, all of which are very relaxed and friendly. We also enjoyed making the longer trip to Javea on one day.

Fantastic villa, amazing views

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in September. We fell in love with the view immediately - it is absolutely amazing. The villa itself is large yet very comfortable and well kitted out with everything to meet your needs. Moraira is within easy reach (about 5 mins by car). All in all we had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

Especially the way of life in Spain with the beautiful landscape, sun, food and wonderful people to meet made us buy this fantastic villa and turn it in a second home. All interior is designed by an architect and we are always trying to improve and update the living style in our home. Hoping that our guests will feel at home and enjoy a luxury and relaxing holiday.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the view immediately. The living accommodating was also so spacious with the potential to add more living area. We bought the house mainly as a family place so it is furnished as a home not a holiday rental. It is also in a quiet but not remote area. You stay here because it is quiet, has fantastic views over the valley sea and vineyards. Sun all day as it is south facing and because you want a relaxing and luxury holiday.
