This cottage was excellently presented. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. There is an excellent pub next door, with very friendly staff and the village community shop is very close and the staff were very obliging (if there is anything you would like that we haven’t got just ask and we’ll get it for you-and they did). The location is very quiet, if a little remote. Ideal for a relaxing holiday.

An amazing cottage in a fantastic location. Spotlessly clean, very well kitted out for a family stay. Lovely and warm, the pictures dont do any justice to this place. Wish we stayed longer

We are very glad to hear that Glenbeag Cottage exceeded expectations and proved a great base for your holiday.
We've stayed in a number of holiday lets and this was probably the best equipped, cleanest and most comfortable. We couldn't find faults anywhere - the electrical equipment, the heating, the bed and the fire - all exceeded our expectations. Its proximity to the pub worried us before we got there but there was no problem at all. Glenelg is a pretty little village and we were fortunate to see eagle, seals but no otters. Maybe we'll have better luck next time we visit, which we most probably will.

Very glad to know that Christmas was enjoyed at Glenbeag Cottage. We try to provide plenty of timely communication and information for guests so it is nice to see that appreciated.
Beautiful bungalow in a stunning location. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped holiday home. Good quality bedding and the standard of cleanliness was excellent. It was lovely to be able to light the fire after a day exploring though the property was toasty warm at all times. If you like being off the beaten track, love peace and quiet with an abundance of wildlife and stunning scenery this is the place for you. We stocked up with groceries in Fort William but the little shop is well stocked. Had a drink in the lovely friendly pub next door. Overall 10/10 and would definitely come back.
The cottage is beautifully quaint. Situated right in the heart of peaceful Glenelg, you get a wonderful view of Kyle Rhea and the Isle of Skye. For such a cold November stay, the cottage is well insulated and kept us both nice and toasty as we watched the snow fall, and the additional underfloor heating really makes the difference for your toes! The beds are large and comfortable, and the bedrooms have more than enough space for all your needs. The kitchen was perfect for the two of us, but could easily accommodate a family. All the expected cutlery and cooking utensils are present and useable. The living room is sizeable, and whilst the TV may be a little small by modern standards, let's be honest; that's not why you've come here! The front garden is ideal for a little picnic in the summer, or sitting outside at night during the winter to watch the stars.Overall, it's a cottage you absolutely must stay at in a location that you absolutely must see!

Very glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Glenbeag Cottage, especially its location. Glenelg Bay and the view across the narrow Sound of Sleat to Skye is certainly one of our ideal views too. Great walking on beaches and hills and on the way to Arnisdale and Corran on Loch Hourn.
Pleasant stay at the cottage with loch so close by. Had a wonderful time and lots of memories to take back.
Looking forward for the next visit soon. Even on a rainy day(where we could not go out as planned) we enjoyed staying at the cottage, provided lots of board games, Music and Film collection. Amazing place to stay with nearby attractions.
We had a wonderful stay at Glenelg. It was a beautiful location, the cottage had everything we needed and more, including a pub in the garden!
A great autumnal break away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The kids loved the beach and all the free range animals

Glad to hear the your stay at Glenbeag Cottage was enjoyed. We try to make it comfortable and a home from home.
There is no mobile signal across much of the Glenelg peninsular including at the cottage. However using 'settings' and select 'wifi calling' resolves the issue.
We had a fantastic week in Glenelg. It is a lovely location with the seafront to explore just at the bottom of the garden and lots of walks and places to explore nearby. We loved it! Everything about the property was as described and beautifully maintained.

Very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Glenbeag Cottage and in the wonderful Glenelg area. We have tried to create a genuine home from home.
Lovely property, really relaxing and peaceful. We had concerns living next to the pub would be noisy but no noise at all and really friendly. Property was clean, well equipped and we both believe one of our best holidays. Definitely recommend

It was good
It was good very nice location
It could off been cleaner the bathroom floor was still dirty when we got there and the kitchen floor was still wet when we got there
Apart from that it was very nice and very good location for where it was and we were able to go and see the family and friends very easy
Spent a week in Glenelg in this very well appointed cottage. Cosy and comfortable with everything you could want including 2 bikes. Location is perfect next door to local Inn which serves excellent food, right in the heart of the village and a 2 minute walk to local shop. Would highly recommend.
