Disappointed

The house was close to the course but the was the only positive. The yard was in poor shape and the interior was not very clean. The shower had no hot water. It also has obvious damage visible. There was also a junk car on the street. I would not recommend staying there.

First we had a hurricane that damage my property!! You are lying about the hot water.. my house is very clean.. for now someone can't open a door code. You damage my property. I would not recommend the guest to come back

Do not stay here

This property is in terrible condition and not livable. Here are a few items of note below. It was so bad I had to leave after one night and find another rental. And now the host will not refund my money. Horrible people and a horrific property. 1. The dishwasher is broken. 2. The garbage disposal is broken and it smells. 3. The house reeks of smoking. 4. The house has not been professionally cleaned. I doubt ever. It is filthy and has additional odors. There is about a dozen potent plug in devices to mask the smell. 5. It just isn’t clean overall. I wiped the dining table down several times and still was dirty. 6. The husband of the host stopped by without notice to tell me something a message or phone call could have solved. 7. The master bed has bed bugs as I got several bites. The host hung up on me when trying to discuss the refund. Do not rent this place.

Sorry for your choice of words, Jake you have violated rules by having 4 extra people. My home is nice clean and I never had any complaints from you. Left my dirty, brought extra dogs without kennels. Wish you well. This review will not stop any guest from renting my home.

Just spent one night while attending Masters. Value was great.

Very good. Just wish I was aware of the location on a blanket in the master. 4 Stars for sure.

Masters Stay

We stayed at the Walker place to attend a practice round at the Masters. Communication was wonderful--all our concerns were addressed very quickly, and the house was very comfortable for the four of us. The only issue we had was when we were leaving. A set of instructions letting us know what was expected would have been helpful. (Do we tear the beds down or leave the linens on or put them into the washer? Do we put out the garbage? Where is the dishwasher soap?) Other than that, we enjoyed our stay--and having the husband come in to set up the KU NCAA game was above and beyond helpful! The other thing we loved was the ability to skirt the Masters traffic when leaving. It was a great place to stay. Thanks for everything you did, and opening

Smells of smoke & dirty

Upon entering the home, there was a strong smell of smoke. The property was not clean. No hand or body soap supplied. I would not recommend this property

You are telling a BIg Lie... Mr. My Home was Clean and it stays clean. Only smoke were in my home was from you. This not a hotel, you bring your own supplies sir. People are Allergic. You were nasty and messy I had to clean up behind you all.. had hair all over the place. You ate food from my fridge. Because we are people of Color.. My first guest did not have any issues or complaint they a great review..I would not recommend you staying at no ones property here in Augusta. And I will make sure you are expose with all rentals here.
