A mellow, beautiful and quiet place, the waterfall, the jacuzzi, the manicured grounds, the Bbq area and the infinity pool, all ensure that, here, you will lie back and totally relax. A car is advisable. But, if you are the fit type, used to walking up and down hills, and, not committed to stiletto heels, you can stay here without a car. So, one moment you are floating in the pool and the next you are wandering in the fairy-tale city of Spoleto, through arched, cobbled streets, exploring alleyways and byways, admiring frescoes, browsing museums, visiting churches and indulging your senses in the many shops, bars and restaurants, sampling the finest that Italy can offer and, far more cheaply than touristy places such as Venice, Todi or Florence. From all of the apartments, there are magnificent views across swathes of crop fields, distant dwellings, and, mountains fringing the horizons. Here is a place to just be, to allow yourself to be memorized and to submit to an inner calm.

Mooi domein, prachtige locatie

Rustige locatie, goed gelegen om uitstappen te maken. Wij bezochten Rome met de trein, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, … Het appartement had alle voorzieningen, maar het interieur kan misschien een lichte opknapbeurt gebruiken. Mooi groot zwembad, met prachtig uitzicht! Er zijn 6 appartementen, alles was volboekt, maar toch ervaar je geen drukte aan het zwembad. Top! De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Stelt zich discreet op. Zeker een aanrader!

Beautiful quiet location with a great pool & view

Lovely place to stay - the outdoor areas are stunning, especially the infinity pool looking out across the gorgeous landscape. The outdoor seating area is fantastically well equipped as well as the BBQ area, and nice touches with the waterfall cascading down too. The accommodation is great too - equipped well and with a nice rustic charm. Roberto was fantastic - really friendly and accommodating, and thanks for the bottles of wine too - they were very much appreciated!! Would love to come back in the future and would highly recommend!!

Absolutely gorgeous

I would highly recommend these apartments! I am already missing the sun, pool and views! A typical Italian apartment, in lovely grounds with spectacular views both day and night! Although there are six apartments, it is never busy and is a very relaxing place to stay! The owner Roberto was very helpful, especially on our arrival, when he came and got us when we were lost! He also provided us with a hamper that was a perfect start to the holiday! As the apartments are on the top of a hill I would highly recommend a car! The town of Spoleto is only a very short distance, with supermarkets, shops, very nice Ice-cream shops, restaurants....and well worth a visit. the old town is beautiful. The apartments are also a good base for visiting Umbria, worth a visit to Spello, Assisi, Perugia, Marmote Falls to name a few... It also only a train ride away from Rome so very easy to visit the city! I would certainly recommend staying here, it made a perfect base for a fantastic holiday! the Jackson Family

I live in Spoleto with my wife Carolina and our two children since 15 year.
"Spoleto by the Pool, a charming accomodation facility with garden and pools , is managed by a company named "Pincio Spoleto s.r.l.", and i’m the administrator.
For many year I was a company’ manager, then I was a freelancer and I worked in the hospitality sector in Spoleto, until my wife and I we fell in love for this farmhouse and we decided to transform it in a Holiday House.

Why they chose this property

Spoleto by the pool is a unique place of its kind: it situated in a hill in front of the Spoleto town. When you arrive in the house and you turn your head to the right and left, you can see a marvellous panorama, Spoleto, with his mediaeval church and bells, ancient buildings, and behind these, the mountains. When I stay in the house’s garden I think that I’m lucky and I’d like to all the people to feel like me.

What makes this property unique

The property is just 7 minutes walk from the city centre and from railway station, where you can leave and to go where you want in Italy: you are in the centre of Umbria and of Italy. Or you can decide to stay one week in Spoleto by the pool and you can swim, sunbathing, to do a whirlpool in the Jacuzzi, to walk in the beautiful garden, read a book in the silence of the universe… and when the evening arrive you can cook a dinner in the BBQ Area and to eat outdoor. You can stay outside in the night and when you go to sleep you will do only good dreams. That romantic place!
