Villa Chloe is just minutes from the beach, has a large private pool, 4 large en-suite bedrooms, two designated dining areas and two BBQ’s. The views are stunning particularly the sun sets from the large roof terrace. A convenience store is less than a 3-minute stroll up the lane and there are excellent Restaurants and bars a few minutes away. A key advantage to our villa is its proximity to the sea, a mere 5 minutes walk. There are two beach clubs within walking distance, both offer extensive water sports and many others to choose from in Kalkan. The Kalkan Beach Club with its water taxi to Kalkan is less than 5-minutes away with a small shingle beach.
Our friendly English speaking property manager is on hand to assist you with airport transfers, car rentals and excursions.
Kisla is a peaceful hamlet just 5 minutes by car from Kalkan, 15 minutes by water taxi and a 30 minute walk.
Kalkan once a sleepy fishing village is now full of fabulous rooftop restaurants, shops, cafes, beach clubs and beautiful cobbled streets with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The dramatic coastline with its crystal clear turquoise waters, is so steeped in history, it quite literally is a place with something for everyone.

Amazing, clean and well equipped villa, with a lovely large pool and spectacular views of the sea and Kalkan. Great communication with the host Claire, and Tamer (villa manager) was only a message away if we needed him. Great location for the beach clubs and water sports. A shop close by as well. We also enjoyed taking a walk into the main area of Kalkan on a night which took about 30 mins but could also get a taxi reasonably or take the water taxis over (though we didn’t try this ourselves).

Beautiful villa with fantastic terrace

We spent wonderful relaxing time in the villa with our children and their partners. The description corresponds to the circumstances. The pool is nice and deep and super clean. The highlight is the roof terrace from which you have a beautiful view of Kalkan especially in the evening.

Fantastic location

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Chloe. The location was just perfect.....peaceful and beautiful but only a 5 minute taxi ride away from the main town. We ordered takeaways for a couple of nights and made the most of the spectacular views from the roof terrace. The beach club is only a 5 minute walk away and very reasonably priced. We used Green Beach but there are a few to choose from. The villa never felt crowded and we were a group of 7 people. Thank you for a brilliant week!!

We had same taxi over to Kalkan centre each night Test him and there in 5min every time only 4l. You can also get a free water taxi from Kalkan beachThe little shop was 5min walk but no need as they delivered free, if he didn’t have it in he would go and get it. The cooked chickens and fresh salad was very tasty I think the best thing is the roof terrace and the fantastic view. We spent a lot of time up there as it was very comfy and had good shade

Family holiday

We had a lovely time at the villa. The location is very quiet and peaceful. However it is only a short taxi ride into town. The local beach parks are great and reasonably priced, perfect for swimming in the crystal clear waters. The kids loved it. The villa itself was clean and tidy and the roof terrace was a great place to enjoy the stunning sunsets. The villa was big enough for our two families (8 people). Had a couple of issues which were dealt with quickly, we would recommend that the wifi is improved as it was particularly poor. Would we go back? Yes!

Could do with some updating

The villa is in a good location, easy to get to a local shop and the beach (be prepared for lots of hills in Kalkan) views are amazing. The villa could do with updating, new bathrooms in particular as one shower, you had to hook the door on to close it. The villa is tiled throughout which is great for cleanliness, however a bit of a death trap around the pool side in particular. We all (8 of us) slipped a few times even whilst walking carefully! Pool is lovely and clean.

Most Amazing Villa

Villa Chloe is a wonderful place, it is in the most beautiful location just a 3min walk to the most beautiful beach! 5 min taxi into Kalkan! The Villa has everything one needs for the most amazing holiday! The swimming pool is lovely & big & cleaned everyday. The roof terrace is magical & such a special place to have an early morning coffee while Kalkan is still fast asleep. Clare was wonderful when we had any questions & Merve was so quick to respond to any emails! Could not recommend this beautiful Villa more highly…your holiday will be amazing. So sad we have to leave after two wonderful weeks! Thank you

Fantastic villa

Our family had a great week at Villa Chloe. What a brilliant property. Very spacious. Lovely views, especially from the rooftop. The pool was very clean and tended to every morning. We had one small problem, the microwave was not working, having emailed the property manager about it, the very next day it was replaced with a new one. Brilliant service. Nice area. We thoroughly reccomend eating at the numerous rooftop restaurants in Kalkan. Easy parking is along the road by Aristos water sports ! Thanks Clare, we will reccomend to friends.

A perfect getaway

We had a lovely 10 days at the villa. It was exactly as described and had everything you could need. Contact between us and Clare was great and Sullyman & Merve (property management) were amazing, arranging both the airport transfers and local care hire. Kalkan is a very busy and vibrant town. My only advice to others would be that it is very hilly, which was tough in such heat. However, we all very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Beautiful house with pool, lovely location

The house is lovely. Only small criticism is that some of the furniture in the bedrooms could do with replacing or repairing like the doors on cupboards. We were delighted to find all the necessities for the first breakfast had been provided. Very very thoughtful to be given bread, cheese, milk and more. Thank you for that! The location of the property is fantastic. The views of the bay from the roof terrace are stunning. You look across to Kalkan and at night when everything is lit up, it’s gorgeous. Air-conditioning in all rooms. The pool is lovely and was cleaned every morning. We were with a 6 year old and the only disadvantage for us (and me as I’m small :-) is that the pool is quite deep so you can’t stand. The Kalkan beach club close by is wonderful. Also very thoughtful was to have information about the area including cards with information about supermarket and take-away deliveries etc. All in all a lovely holiday thank you!

Outstanding villa in stunning location

Wow! This villa is a complete gem. We stayed a week with our teenage boys and cannot fault the villa or location. Both the owner & property manager were extremely helpful & the villa was beautifully equipped with comfortable beds, air con & en-suite bathrooms in every room. The highlight for us was the pool. Amazing size & overlooks the sea. The roof terrace was also divine. Plenty to do & see with great local restaurants & amenities. We really hope to return!

Awesome place

As a patchwork family with two teenagers we spend two weeks in this awesome villa. A lot of space for all of us with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each kid. The house and specifically the kitchen is well equipped. The pool area with the sea view is great and we spend some very lazy days there. The roof terrace is just amazing, especially during sunset. We liked to have some BBQs there. The area is very nice, beach club, some very nice restaurants (Castle, Fidanka) are in footwalking distance. We also liked the restaurants in the city of Kalkan, which is a 5 min drive by car and in Kas (30 min). There are also a lot of things to explore within 30-60 min car drives (e.g. Xanthos, Saklikent). A car is highly recommended. The pool area is cleaned daily and after one week we had a house cleaning. The agent is super friendly and responds immediately to any requests. He also was very helpful with us with other questions. The kids didn't want to leave and neither us. We definitely will come back!

Wonderful spacious property

Wonderful spacious property for a holiday with friends or family with everything you would expect, making you feel at home immediately with the addition of every bedroom having an en-suite and a lovely swimming pool. The roof terrace is amazing with stunning views in particular spectacular sun sets. Just a short stroll to the beach club and water ferry which transports you over to the quaint town of Kalkan (beautiful boat trip in itself) which will not disappoint with lots of bars, quality restaurants and shops. Will definitely return next year.

Amazing Holiday

Great house and amazing location 5 minutes from the beach club four large bedrooms all en suite. Comfortable beds. Good size pool. Amazing roof terrace for sunbathing and evening cocktails and BBQ. The owners is English and she was very helpful. The local people who look after the property spoke great English and assisted in airport transfers and car hire. Up to date TV with a USB slot so you can plug in your memory stick to play your own movies. Satellite tv and iPod doc. Kalkan is beautiful. Great family or group of friends property. Booking to go back in September.

Sensational

We stayed at Villa Chloe for a week at the beginning of July. We traveled as two ladies and four children (left the husbands at home). Villa Chloe was perfect for us, the four rooms allowed each adult to have their own room, one for the younger kids and one for the older. The villa is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the linen was great. With a dining table both inside and out you can enjoy meals either way. There is ample room to sit around relax - our favourite was watching the sun go down from the roof top. A perfect end to the day. The pool is big enough to actually swim in and for the kids to have some fun and games. The water is crystal clear and so inviting. There are numerous comfortable sun loungers around the edge. Nearby attractions are also fantastic. Every morning we sent the kids for a five minute walk to get lovely fresh bread. The beach club is ideal for a days relaxation. There are dining options near by and two larger towns within easy reach for more shopping. We also loved the Roman Ruins, weekly market and nearby gorge. Early summer was a beautiful time to visit, however we would love to go back in the cooler months to enjoy some of the great walking in the area. I strongly recommend Villa Chloe - we loved it and will definitely return.

We are a British family. We have been fortunate to live in many places around the world and choose Kalkan to buy a property as we quite simply fell in love with the area. Coming originally from Cornwall, Kalkan reminded us of Cornwall yet with the added benefit of a warmer sunnier climate.
Our two sons are very active and love the outdoors and Villa Chloe quite literally provides something for everyone.
The proximity of our Villa to the Beach Club with free water taxi into Kalkan is what sold the Villa to us along with its size and layout making it ideal for large families or families travelling together. We also offer discounts out of season to couples.
A key advantage to our villa is its proximity to the sea.

Why they chose this property

Villa Chloe is in Kisla, a peaceful hamlet just 5 minutes by car from Kalkan, 15 minutes by water taxi and a 30 minutes stroll. Kalkan is an unspoilt hillside town of cobbled streets and alleyways lined with small boutiques, bars and restaurants most enjoying spectacular views of the harbour and neighbouring mountains. The whole area benefits from breathtaking views, a dramatic coastline with its crystal clear turquoise waters and is so steeped in history it quite literally is a place with something for everyone. Originally a fishing town, Kalkan has thankfully escaped mass tourism and remains a quiet yet sophisticated holiday destination. Villa Chloe is our little slice of Cornwall on the Mediterranean, but don’t tell everyone! The Villa has parking and whilst not essential a car is useful.
