This is a fantastic property that felt just like home. Hosts were accommodating, great at communication. Great base to branch out to many fabulous attractions. If we were to return to Northern Ireland, we would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. Would loved to have stayed longer.
Rose Cottage is very comfortable and ideally located for exploring the Causeway Coast. Great amenities and fully equipped for your stay - we loved it! Would definitely stay here again.
Rose Cottage is only 15 minutes from Portstewart where we were attending an event. The Cottage was perfect for our stay. Lovely views from the balcony , clean and tidy and comfortable. We will be booking again for a stay.
The location of this cottage was wonderful and very close to the Giants Causeway. It was a lovely view as well. However, the listing does say there is a dryer but the host messaged after we booked to state that it is just a drying rack. It worked well enough since we stayed 2 nights and did laundry late into the first night we arrived. More importantly, we did find quite a bit of black mold in the closet off the main bedroom, which was quite troublesome for my asthma. The heavy mold smell and visually seeing a significant amount of black mold made it so we did not feel comfortable using any of the additional pillows or blankets that are stored in there, which was unfortunate as the pillows and beds left something to be desired. The kitchen and bathroom soaps were also near empty upon arrival and we saw multiple bugs in the bathroom. There were also no clear check out instructions left beyond a single sentence about how to drop the key after we locked up.
Lovely and the upside down layout was perfect for looking at the gorgeous views from the lounge. Easy to find well maintained and we couldnt ask for better.
Tastefully furnished house that lacks nothing. The house is quiet but centrally located. All the "attractions" of the Causeway coast are within short reach. From the house, you can see the sea and have a wonderful view over green fields towards Bushmills. We felt very comfortable.
This home was exactly as described. Everything was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The owner, Jo, was responsive and kind. The views are amazing and I loved having coffee on the balcony, listening to cows moo and so many birds to see! Someone was kind enough to leave coffee pods, milk, bread and teabags. Thank you! I highly recommend eating breakfast or lunch at Lorna’s! Delicious and great prices. The area is quiet but you’re close to all the sights! Loved the town of Bushkill and the views at Runkerry beach. And of course check out Dunluce Castle and Giants Causeway. Thanks for a beautiful stay!
The cottage was very comfortable and the view was fantastic. The outside area could use some tlc
