About this property

Colonial Acres very close to the lake

Ranch just built in 2015 on over 1 acre of land. The home is 1900 square feet of living space. Great location! Even though you will need a car to get around the area, you can walk to lake, stores, restaurants, markets and liquor store if needed. The Mount Washington docks right down the street at Center Harbor Beach for cruises. Skiing at Gunstock and tubing in winter months is close by. Gunstock Mountain has zip line, hiking, and lot's of activities in summer months too. Master bedroom has king bed with master bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two double beds with good size closet. BR #3 has queen size bed with walk in closet and dresser. Both Bedroom #1 + 2 have their own private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Lot's of space and very private on that end of the house.

Family reunion

Everything about the accommodations was perfect. Only needed to pack clothing and food! Everything else was there. House was beautiful with comfortable beds and area to hang out and relax. House is located just a few minutes from town. Hosts were very accommodating.

Great quiet stay near the lake

The house was exactly as stated. It’s in a fantastic, quiet location and had everything you might need including complimentary toiletries which was great. The communication with the host couldn’t have been smoother and a small problem with the sprinkler was sorted out quickly. I have only 2 minor things to point out: the water pressure is not very strong and the 2 blue runners in the living room don’t stick to the floor and could be a tripping hazard. I would replace them with the beige/black runners which are also in the house. Otherwise no complaints. We had a great time. Thanks Nancy for hosting us.

Trip to NH

This was a beautiful home and location. There were some issues with VRBO charging an unusually large deposit and Nancy took care of all of it. Homes water pressure was an issue and Nancy had a plumber over there the next morning to take care of it. Nancy was a fabulous host and I would definitely stay here again!

A comfortable home away from home

This property was clean,beautiful and in an excellent quiet location. The owners made our stay very easy and accommodating. They left us several recommendations for dining and entertainment that we used . They just made our stay and vacation better. Highly recommend this property.

Great rental propert.

We were in town for work. The house had absolutely everything we could want. Check-in was very simple. Communication with the host was excellent. Location was close to everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lake vacation.
