Emos pasado mucha calor le falta el aire acondicionado esta todo muy deteriorado lo único bueno la proximidad al mar y la limpieza fatal

Hola Soy Carmen la propietaria. Hemos es con H. La vivienda NO necesita aire acondicionado, durante 360 días al año, si tiene mantas y colchas. Me consta que M Carmen la agencia que lo gestiona le informo por WhatsApp cuando me preguntó por ello. La limpieza del piso la superviso personalmente y le puedo asegurar que estaba perfectamente, gracias a inquilinos como Noelia la anterior a usted (puede leer sus comentarios), punto de la limpieza que crítica por aquí y no le menciona nada a M. Carmen el día de su entrada, como si hizo con la persiana que sí reconoció que estaba estropeada y pendiente de reparación. También hay una silla un poco hundida que se soluciona poniendo un cojín, si bien hay 6 sillas, pero el problema le aparece cuando paga por 4 personas y se alojan 6. En los estados de WhatsApp que compartió no se le apreciaba tanto malestar como espesa en su opinión. A su disposición. Un saludo

Alojamiento comodo

Bonito apartamento con vistas al mar menor y a una muy bonita piscina de la urbanización. Muy cerquita del Mediterráneo a unos 60 m y a unos 200 m el mar menor. Muy fresquito tanto de día como de noche. En el aspecto de la limpieza y desinfección es donde deberían reforzar un ppquito. Pero en general muy buena experiencia.
