Apartment a few meters from the beach, urb. PUnta Cormoran
The apartment is fully furnished. It has 2 bedrooms (with a double bed and the other with two 90 cm), in the living room there is a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a hydro-massage shower), kitchen (with washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee maker, iron), all the kitchen equipped with utensils, living room (with TV with DTT and DVD), dining room and terrace. There is a hot-cold pump in all rooms. The urbanization is on the beachfront of the Mediterranean Sea. You do not have to cross any street to go to the beach, it is at the exit of the urbanization (which is closed to access only to owners). The apartment is located in the new area of La Manga called Veneziola. The urbanization has a swimming pool and common areas. To go to the Mar Menor you have to cross two streets. There are nearby services: supermarket, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, golf course, bus, etc.
