Beach Therapy for sure

Was a very relaxing week at the beach. The kids really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools during the day and playing on the beach at night. The chaise by the big window that overlooked the beach was a family favorite along with the amazing view from the back deck. During our stay had an issue with the washing machine the management company was on top of the issue and offered linen services which was very thoughtful. This is our 3rd summer staying in the Ocean Dunes community and this unit is by far our favorite and we look forward to being back next summer!

Amazing Stay @ Beach Therapy!

Beach Therapy was everything we expected and more - well appointed, recently upgraded and location, location, location! We loved our stay and highly recommend this condo and rental agency.

We had a great week at the beach (despite the hurricane)! The property location was great, but be warned, the beach is very narrow, so by the afternoon you need to vacate or move to another location because the tide overtakes the beach, which is also rocky in spots that are difficult to see. The house was great, but when they say bring your own everything, they really mean it. The house comes with 2 rolls of TP and a roll of paper towels, that’s ALL. No spices, garbage bags, dish soap, or paper products left by the last guests at all. Not a criticism, just be sure to bring all that. Usually listings say that and then they have some of that stuff but not here. Otherwise the house had everything we needed and being on such a narrow beach provided beautiful views, and the sound of the ocean lulled us to sleep. Also practically in walking distance to Fort Fisher! All in all a great stay. Thank you!

Great location, beautiful views

Great location, super convenient, beautiful views. Property was ok, could have been cleaner. (Bugs and hairs in shower from previous occupants) We cleaned before moving in and all was good. Older unit, but we enjoyed our stay. Overall a nice rental! Thanks!

Nothing like a day at the Beach

Perfect location! Quiet, not crowded, right on the water, easy access to beach. Condo size perfect for our family, we all had our own room. I commandeered the chaise next to the large picture window overlooking the ocean...perfect for relaxing after a day soaking up the sun. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bike riding every morning, sightseeing and shopping, and beach time every afternoon and good food every night. Nice place!!!

Beach Therapy

Overall we enjoyed this property very much. Beautiful views. It was extremely convenient to get onto the beach, however, that same proximity means you lack some privacy, as the walkway and foot shower are right next to your deck and family room window. Just something that you have to get used to. The beach is quite narrow and there are lots of rocks that you need to watch out for so we had to walk up and down the beach to find a spot to safely swim. Overall the unit was well appointed, comfortable and nicely decorated. While we only had to climb one flight of stairs to get into the unit, the downside of being on the first floor was having people living above you. The insulation between floors is poor so you could hear and feel the people walking upstairs and it was somewhat disruptive. The sliding glass door frame leading to the deck from the family room broke on the first day but it’s not that surprising given that wear and tear that occurs quickly when you are oceanfront property. The management company of the property seem professional, friendly and helpful.

Kure Beach fun

First time vacationing in the area. Great spot for a family. Very easy access to beach. Not crowded. Kids really enjoyed the rocks in addition to the beach itself. Cool tide pools to explore. Condo was clean, well equipped. When they tell you that to bring your own paper products, believe them. Not a remnant of any paper to be found. We spent some time trying to figure out where the pool was located. Hint - it is across the street. Not clear in description. Rental company pushed grocery pick up from local store. You should know it is 11 miles from condo. You will pass 3 other grocery stores that alsooffer pick up on your way. We enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxing beach week regardless

Worked out after a rough start.

The day before our rental, I got a call from Ocean Dunes saying the unit we rented had a problem. They were very helpful and offered us a comparable condo. When we got to our new rental, the AC wasn't working. Again OD was very helpful and came up with a solution. We will rent from them again.

Beach Therapy for the win!

We had a beautiful weekend at the beach to celebrate our friend’s 50th birthday. The beach sounds and view right outside the balcony doors and access right next to the driveway. Couldn’t have been easier! The booking was painless and check-in and out was texted so nothing to drop off or worry about. Great communication from the realty company. Loved the big balcony (the palm trees need a trim, starting to block the view) it felt like you were on the sand, you were so close, especially during high tide! We will be back!

Beach Therapy

Perfect beach rental. 3 bedrooms provided sleeping for our family of 6 with plenty of space. Two full bathrooms and the condo came with everything you would need. Large fridge, new appliances and super clean. The deck looks out to the ocean. You are on the sand in 30 seconds. I definitely recommend and will be coming back! The Beach Therapy Condo is exactly that. BEACH THERAPY!

Beautiful Beach Location

The place was nice, I loved the beach view of the side window. Anything you need to cook with was there. We ordered out twice, visited with my son and his new baby who live in Carolina beach, and enjoyed the pool. People were great at keeping their 6 feet distance, following the pool 9 only rule and wearing face masks as required by the state. The house did not make your bed or put out your towels they had all of that sealed in plastic when we arrived. I felt save at this house and on Kure beach during this covid-19 epidemic which was important to me.

Very nice

This condo is one of the nicest we have rented. It had everything we needed. We will definitely return. The only drawback was the constant hammering, sawing and drilling from the contractors in the next building, but I am assuming they won't be back next year.

We had the beach mostly to ourselves.

Nice ocean front location. The construction all week was a bit frustrating. They even worked on Sunday. The bulldozers scraping the beach were no fun either but I know it has to be done. The bedroom TV'S could all really use an update. I would also suggest one in the other bedroom. A pitcher for tea in the kitchen would also be nice. Minus the noises, not having the pool open and limited beach area, it was relaxing, clean and comfortable. Thanks for responding to the maintenance issue. Nice condo.
