The house is located in Fondachello, near Giardini Naxos and 15 km from Taormina, as well as the International Tourist Port of Riposto. It rises in a newly built elegant residence immersed in the typical vegetation of the Ionian belt of the area, which makes the stay peaceful and relaxing. The fine pebble beach, equipped with multiple tourist-accommodation facilities, is located in front of the house (about 30 meters) and is preceded by a eucalyptus, oleander and mimosa forest. The completely independent house is on the ground floor of a villa, and has eight beds plus a cot. It is silent and fresh and is surrounded by about 40 square meters of terrace equipped for cooking and dining, with patio and flower beds with ornamental plants. The house internally is about 150 square meters, has two entrances one from the living room and the other from a small corridor leading to the sleeping area, both inside the terrace and is composed of:
1- 60 sq m open space, living room with stove, fireplace, two sofa beds, one double and the other single, TV and writing desk, bamboo booth, kitchen-dining area;
2-small corridor leading to the sleeping area:
3-a room with bunk bed, bedside table and cabinet that communicates with the other rooms;
4-a small bedroom with double bed;
5-the master bedroom with double bed and cot, dresser and wardrobe:
6-a large bathroom with shower.
The accommodation is close to the beach, parks, art and culture and is ideal for family stays with children and the elderly. It is located in a residence near the sea, surrounded by greenery away from wild concreting. These requirements and the comforts offered by the house allow for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It should be noted that if there are fewer than 7 guests requesting a house, a 15% discount will be made.
