Durch die Feuchtigkeit im Winter wurde leider alles sehr muffig. Hinzu kommt ein Leck im Abfluss der oberen Dusche und Regenwasser tropft über den Abzug auf das Kochfeld. Für das Frühjahr ist dieses Haus nicht zu empfehlen.
