This cozy and bright apartment is located just over 5 minutes walk from the Town Hall Square. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, with capacity for 4 people. A bathroom with shower. It includes a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet 50 Mg, plus a separate kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator and various small appliances (toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee maker). Centrally located in the Ciutat Vella neighborhood, in the area there is a wide variety of bars, restaurants, markets, shops and shopping centers. Well connected, 200 m from the metro station that takes you to the airport in just over 30 minutes. 500 meters from Estació del Nord train station. Bus lines to the City of Arts and Sciences and the beach.
Practically next to the Archaeological Garden, where the MUVIM (Valencian Museum of Enlightenment and Modernity) is located. The establishment is a 5-minute walk from the Central Market (the largest center in Europe dedicated to fresh produce with 8,200 square meters) and the Silk Exchange (15th century, declared a World Heritage Site). The Torres de Quart, some imposing medieval towers that were one of the old city gates are 300 meters away.

Great Rustic appartment for Couples

Location was Great.Very nice neighborhood.Walking distance to all amenities and restaurants. Apartment was well equipped.Nicely decorated.Host greeted us with keys and gave us all necessary info.Highly recommend this apartment. Kitchen could use a toaster and a kettle.These are small details.

Our brief stay in Valencia

This is a well placed apartment in a generally quiet area of old València. We were able to easily walk to most places we wanted to visit. The apartment is spacious with lots of space for planning activities and relaxing. We had a problem with the bed on our first day which was promptly and well addressed by our host. Our only hesitation is that it is an old building and the soundproofing between floors is not perfect. Normally this would not be a problem but our last night the people above us were very loud until 6 am and so our sleep was incomplete. Ear plugs would have addressed this and we have added them to our travel list for future.

Nicely located apartment near historic center

The apartment suits well for a short term stay in the city with 2 persons, 4 persons I would not recommand. It is only 10 min footpath to Metro, to Central Market, and 15 min to Cathedral and historical center. Kitchen is eqipped with basic hardware, a electric kettle is missing. No dishwasher present. Apartment is very clean, however the bed is somewhat uncomfortable an makes noise with every twisting. The surrounding area is relatively quite, for spanish relations, the neighbour lodging was noisy in one night. Contact with travel habitat was good, they responded to all questions.

Light and Airy

This was a very nice apartment with great open windows into a courtyard below. Everything was very clean and we'll taken care of. The location is very convenient without being noisy. It is especially convenient for the Central Market! We loved heading over for our morning shopping. The staff were all lovely and when we contacted them during our stay, they replied within in minutes. It was great how prompt and helpful they were. There are a few things worth noting: Unlike some of the other HomeAway locations we've stayed at, they didn't have much in the way of of pantry staples. There was salt, but no cooking oil or anything else. All the equipment is there though. So if you doing any shopping before you check-in, stock up appropriately. There is a wonderful juicer in the kitchen so you dabble in making your own fruit juices if you want! I suggest it. Second, the bed was not comfortable. Most importantly, Travel Habitat has rental and deposit rules that are not mentioned in the HomeAway ad. We did not find out about the deposit until after we booked. They are all very reasonable rules and a deposit is not unusual at all, but I think it's important you know what they are before you book an apartment. Overall, we really enjoyed the location, the apartment and staff. It really was a quite place to end our trip to Spain. What stuck out the most was how prompt and helpful the staff were. It makes you feel well taken care of.
