Il mini appartamento indipendente misura internamente 18 mq ed è situato in giardino di fronte al casale. Dispone di un nuovo angolo cottura ben attrezzato, nuovo divano letto matrimoniale con materasso alto, armadi, bagno ristrutturato con ampio box doccia, wc/bidet integrato, TV, wi-fi e climatizzatore a pompa di calore(freddo/caldo), nuovi infissi con zanzariere, tavoli ombreggiati all'aperto.

Disponibile, con un supplemento di €30 a persona al giorno, la camera matrimoniale 1 con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente dal giardino e che si trova all'interno del casale. Misura 14mq e dispone di un letto matrimoniale con topper, divisibile in 2 letti singoli ed un letto a sommier singolo, tv, wi-fi, bagno con vasca/doccia. L’ingresso è la porta a sinistra nella foto dell’edificio principale.
Per le coppie (2 persone) che la richiedono, serve modificare il numero di persone da 2 a 3 nel preventivo. Tutte le finestre hanno la vista sul giardino e sono dotate di zanzariere.

Exellent end to end - location, enviroment and the host, creating a feel well atmosphere - everything perfect (except the road, just drive easy until is known where you better slow down ;-) )

I'm sorry Florian for the road, we periodically try to keep it in good condition, unfortunately in the countryside having perfect roads is difficult, the advice to go slow is written in the path that we send to guests before their arrival.

Nice and relaxing stay

The House and the Garden are nice. All rooms were perfectly cleaned. The Landscape around is really nice and calm. The Dog is lovely and a good friend for all children. Luca, the Host is friendly and can give a lot of tipps and helps whenever needed. We can only recommend to visit Luca and his House.

Das Objekt liegt in einer angenehm, ruhigen Lage. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Es gibt viele schöneStrände und Ortschaften in der Nähe .. alles mit einem mehr oder weniger langem Fahrweg verbunden, aber das gehört zur Toskana ja dazu😉 Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiter!

absolutely marvelous

If you enjoy the beauty of nature, calmness and a panorama view at the toscanian hills you have found the right place. We felt enchanted from the first moment. Luca, the owner, is a very attentive and caring host. He showed us around and answered any question we had regarding the surrounding beaches, villages, gastronomy etc.You have the possibility to use the huge garden, cook and eat outside, play with Nina, the friendly dog or play a round of ping pong and watch the stars at night. The kitchen is well equipped and the olive oil, made by Luca himself, tastes delicious. There are two bedrooms available. The beds are comfortable and also suited for tall persons. We absolutely enjoyed staying at Podere 266 very much and recommend it from the heart. 10 out of 10 * Diego and Alek
