The detached villa is located in the Branqueira called Villa Pescadinha just 5 minutes drive from the beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.

Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The detached villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, dinning on balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With five double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

ENTRANCE HALL

Spacious hall.

LOUNGE

Spacious lounge dining room 25m2,with 1 ample sofa, dining table and 10 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 5 bedrooms in which one is on suite with a queen size bed, another bedroom with queen size bed and three bedrooms with two single beds.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, a DVD player, CD player with radio, Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms have queen size beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

10 chairs table and clothes airer.

POOL

Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

PRIVATE PARKING

Private parking outside in property for four cars.

7 day family holiday

Our stay at Villa Pescadinha was perfect. The villa was very clean on arrival, well equipped. We enjoyed evenings in the old told which was a 10 minute drive and also BBQs at the villa. The villa was very secure for children with the pool area being gated off. We would stay again and already planning a return trip for next year!

The villa was lovely and the pool was great in the hot weather. There is plenty to do in the area and if you want to work up an appetite the walk into town takes about 45 mins. It would have been great to have been given the option of a welcome pack of milk, water, bread etc. I wouldn't have minded paying extra. We arrived late on Saturday so no tea, coffee or breakfast until we went shopping. However overall a fabulous holiday was had by all. We would definitely consider booking again.

The size of the villa and amount of space available both in and out was perfect for our family group. Unfortunately there was a lot of road noise and almost constant dog barking in the evenings. We used Uber to transport us around. You do need transport of some kind.

Mooie vakantie woning met voldoende ruimte voor acht volwassen personen. Huis gelegen aan drukke weg

Een fijne vakantie gehad. Wel veel last van de verkeersweg naast de woning welke voor geluidsoverlast zorgde. Daarnaast is de keuken apparatuur sterk verouderd. Zwembad is lekker groot en het water is schoon.

Très belle maison spacieuse et agréable. La deco est sympa, à l’ecart de la ville. La piscine est top également. Seul petit bémol on nous a appris que la climatisation était payante lors de notre arrivée, ce qui est dommage au tarif de la maison. De plus il faudrait penser à mettre des clés ou des verrous sur les portes des toilettes et salle de bain, ce qui éviterait quelques situations embarrassantes... Mais globalement content de notre séjour.

Het huis heeft alles wat je maar nodig hebt om een fantastische vakantie te hebben! Ruimte genoeg, magnetron, oven, bbq etc! Fijn plekje om s avonds gezellig spelletjes te doen buiten! Wij hadden een huurauto en waren binnen 10 min in Albufeira! Veel leuks bekeken en gezien in de regio! Echt een absolute aanrader! Ook geschikt voor kleine kinderen want het zwembad gedeelte kan afgesloten worden.

Het zwembad is geweldig! Er zit een klein tuintje omheen maar meer heb je ook nie nodig. Binnen ziet alles er goed verzorgd en schoon uit. De bedden lagen lekker en de douches waren goed! Het was geweldig

Très belle villa, spacieuse pour 8 personnes, avec tout le confort. Le linge de toilette et les draps sont fournis, et cerise sur le gâteau: le ménage est effectué tous les 3 jours et en fin de séjour, les serviettes sont changées. Seul inconvénient, la rue passagère le matin et le soir. Mais on ne l'entend plus après 2 jours. Véhicule nécessaire car la villa est à 6km du centre de Albufeira, et à 45 minutes à pied de la plage la plus proche.

Beautiful Villa

We stayed at this villa for 1 week and we were 8 and 1 toddler in total. The space was perfect to accommodate all of us. The kitchen is very spacious and we loved the fact there was an outdoor stone bbq and outdoor table. This is where we had most of our dinners. I would recommend getting a car or getting taxis to get around. When we arrived, the villa was clean and tidy and Nuno was there to welcome us. We then received a tour by Mrs. Cidalia who informed us of all the house rules and if we needed anything and who to ask. Please note that air conditioning is not included. We were given the option to pay 10€ a day for it on our arrival. We did not need it as the nights were cooler. We also did encounter a slight disagreement in regards to a previously broken outdated coffee pot but they did replace it and provide us with a new one the next day. Also, the pool and grass were maintained almost daily. We felt very at home at this villa and we would definitely return. It was the perfect size for our group of people and not to mention the beautiful architecture and marble. Thanks again :)

Great Villa!

We had a wonderful stay here this year! We were a family of 8 and enjoyed every minute of the holiday. The house was so spacious and clean. Big rooms and huge balcony upstairs. Its only 10 minutes into the town and very near the beach (by Car) There is a little shop/cafe/bar right across the road called Antonio's which has the daily necessities such as milk and Bread. The house is fully air-conditioned and has a fantastic pool, veranda and BBQ area where we spent every night as a family. The owner Nuno was so helpful throughout the whole process of booking the villa to the very last day! We will hopefully be back again some day! Great villa overall. The O'Sullivan Household.

Lovely villa with beautiful pool. The villa is very peaceful and secluded, I would definitely recommend a car as the nearest large supermarket is a 10 min drive. We did not venture out in the evening, preferring to use the excellent built in bbq facilities, but again a car would be recommended to reach any of the nearby bars and restaurants.
