A beautiful modern spacious 5 bedroom villa sleeping up to 10 in the most prestigious holiday area of Tenerife. On a quiet road literally 5-7 minutes walk from the famous Playa Del Duque beach and the top hotels in the area (the 5 star Anthelia, Gran Tacande and Bahia Del Duque). The villa comprises a large spacious lounge linking to an ultra modern kitchen via a connecting breakfast bar. It also has its own private heated pool and sun terraces. Great location and facilities

Great location on checking in we could not get in till 4 however they let us drop off luggage and get changed. Only problem was the tv in one room needed changed as it was broken. The tv did not get delivered till our second last day and by then it was too late. Minor point but would not stop us booking again3 small supermarkets within walking distance great restaurants close by. Would recommend this villa

Fantastic family villa

Great property, great location. Really spacious, good outdoor space with gas BBQ great for grilling while the kids played in the pool. The friend of the property was helpful, especially last day allowing us to store luggage and use a bedroom to change before the taxi. Was much appreciated. The property has some warn edges, scuffs on the wall, few sliding doors that don’t fully lock down (but property was very secure and safe feeling so no concerns), odd tile missing in the pool. Also for the price and nature of the property would have expected some water etc in the fridge on arrival. But these are minor points not to take away from the overall experience which was great. Would certainly consider the same place again, and Tenerife was so family friendly, beaches fantastic, weather in February really pleasant. Great family fun James & family.

Perfect family holiday

From the start Sigitas and Ina were great with communication. The check in process was seamless and accommodating. The villa was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone and great outdoor space and pool. It was perfectly clean with lovely fresh bedding and l plenty of towels. It’s in a perfect location. Brilliant for families. We miss our holiday already. Check out was just as simple. Thank you to our great hosts for a lovely stay.

Great accomodation

Great location

Villa is lovely there was 11of us celebrating my brothers 50th birthday. Arrived at the villa all very excited but the lady who checked us in Ina think she was called was very abrupt and stated I will only show you how to do the WiFi once thought she was out of order wen we were all just happy to be in holiday. After check in and went round the property with Ina everything thing looked ok but after been in the villa 10 minutes we noticed all the damage for example the freezer door handle was broken we took photos but would they believe us and we had given a deposit in but did not get it back like it was given. The toilet seat down stairs was broken and did not fit the toilet. Lights on the outside of the property were broken. The villa was lovely and good location we had a fantastic holiday it just that when you leave a deposit and things are broken before your visit it as a knock on effect. I would also recommend that there is a manual in the villa with Information about how to work things in the villa and things on the island. we all appreciated the late check out for free.. also the pool was not heated enough and for that reason we hardly used it which was a shame.

Très belle villa, bien située à Costa Adeje

Très belle villa modernie, bien située à proximité à pied des commerces et des plages. Néanmoins, nous sommes à l'écart de la zone bruyante des commerces et restaurants de bord de plage. Villa bien équipée. La personne qui nous a accueillis est très agréable et conciliante. A recommander.

Excellent property. Perfect location one bedroom did not have aircon so the kids (3) had to stay all in one room. To be honest i think they preferred that lol Apart from the aircon issue top marks. We will stay again

Property was in good condition overall. The lower floor was a bit musty and damp. We could have used a book of how to use things and we weren't told we needed to get rid of all the rubbish and recycling before we left. The air conditioning with units outside didn't work which did leave some of the rooms hot throughout the day.

Perfect stay

We had a great week here. There were 9 of us in total and plenty of room for everyone. We only had 4 sunbeds to begin with, but the owner purchased 2 further ones whilst we were there, so was perfect for us all. The lift is great for bringing up luggage. The Location was really good. Close enough to both Caleta and Torviscas / Playa De Las Americas if you wanted to walk the lovely walk along the sea. It is as the top of a hill, so fab views to sea, but can be challenging walking up if there are mobility issues in your group. I would recommend staying here if you want a good standard, in a good location and there is a large group.

Excellent Villa, great location and well equiped for 8 of us. Look forward to going back next year.

We were a family ranging in ages from 27 to 90. Accomadation was really great, with plenty of space for us all. The lift was a bonus for my parents to travel between floors. Pool was superb and a fantastic temperture, I almost learnt to swim. Our only issue were the holiday makers next door to our Villa who were a large group of 20 something, their idea of fun and ours were very different, they partied out by the pool until 3am. Unfortunately the sound proofing was not fantastic and all of us on the ajoining wall could hear them all very clearly, appreciate this was no fault of our host. Look forward to our next holiday at your Villa.

Beautiful property

Stayed here in the beginning of September with a group of 10 25-26 year olds. The pictures looked nice but when we actually arrived and entered the property we were taken back with how amazing it looked. The location is ideal as it is a few minutes walk from shops/restaurants/beach and if you want to go to Las Americas a taxi is cheap and only takes around 10 minutes (or it's a 25 minute walk. Villa was perfect. Very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Ja schönes Ferienhaus, ultra moderne Einrichtung, circa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum schönsten Strand der Insel entfernt. Gesamte Ecke Teneriffa das hier am schönsten, einziger Nachteil Betten eher klein und nicht wirklich bequem !

This villa has an excellent lay out for families or,as in our case, a group of friends.

Location of this villa is superb. Views out to sea . Plenty of good restaurants and bars in walking distance . Beach less than ten minutes walk . And very clean . Out side space at villa is very good . Pool lovely. Large patio and eating area . Astro turf perfect if you have small children . Could do with a few more beds for all adult groups though . Lounge and kitchen area very well laid out . Perfect for eating and cooking in. Only things missing were not enough glasses , and some good sharp kitchen knives would be a plus. We have stayed in two other of these villas on this road in past years and this one is definitely the best . Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone . Had an amazing time .

Wonderful family friendly villa, lovely area

This was our first trip to Tenerife and the property contributed significantly to making it a great visit. It was my Mother’s 70th birthday treat trip and both my parents loved the property. The lift to the ground level (through the garage) made such a difference to making the island more accessible for them. The children were very happy for all the pool inflatables (big shed full!) and it was awesome to have a private swimming pool to relax in at our disposal. The pool was cleaned twice when we were there for 7 nights, which was nice. The shops are so close that we could pop down daily for lovely fresh bread for breakfast from the small hypermarket, followed by an evening walk for ice creams from a beach cafe. The beach was busy but lovely. Definitely situated on a beautiful part of the West Coast. It was easy to walk from the property to the busier tourist beaches, if desired, and retreat back to calmer surroundings. There was a little confusion on the day of arrival. Hadn’t remembered to check the property number was no. 21 vs block number (3)! When we finally entered, the cleaners had just started cleaning due to late departure of the previous guests. The cleaners were there for about 2/2.5 hours after the 4pm arrival time. Naryk was also waiting for us to call to meet her at the property, which we hadn’t realised, so it all took longer than expected to settle in. Once we had the place to ourselves, the whole family was so happy with the space. We were able to fit 2 cars into the garage, which worked well to get around. As mentioned by previous visitors, there are a few minor points that need looking into to refresh the property. Have mailed the owner with our observations direct and hopefully these will be actioned soon. None of the points raised have been an issue enough to distract from a wonderful first impression of the villa or Tenerife. We feel very grateful to have had the opportunity to choose this property and have been recommending to friends.

Villa is huge and as pictured show... property is a little tired some tlc in places needed.

Had the best holiday with my parents, 2 kids and 2 nieces. The villa is huge and outside space fantastic. .. location is perfect with a slight incline when returning from the shops that may be an issue for some. Ina, who we met on arrival was fantastic, we had a couple of teething problems that were sorted straight away. I think a few tweaks could make this totally perfect... a lick of paint, bigger toaster 😂... unleaky fridge and a change of rugs, tiles in the pool did cause a few cut feet... but I would go back again it was a fabulous holiday and a great villa that offer fantastic flexibility for all the family ... sunworshipers and those who like shade.

Our recent villa holiday was lovely the full house is clean and modern.

We had a great holiday at the villa....lift was excellent for my mum who is in her 70s and all bedrooms were large and modern. All areas having air conditioning was amazing. Close enough to beach and restaurants etc about a 15 min walk downhill so bit longer coming back up but taxis readily available.Local market atctop of the road twice a week was great and free bus to Siam Waterpark also at top of road every 30 min. The villa was ideal for us as a family ages ranging from 71 to 11. Would holiday again in this villa no problem. Thank you

Fantastic Property

This is the second time we have stayed in this villa and this time was even better than the first. The Villa is very clean and well equipped and has a layout that will suit most families including our group of 8. The pool area is excellent and the location is perfect for accessing the beach, shops, restaurants and bars without needing to hire a car. Would not hesitate to recommend the villa to our friends. Probably the best place to saty in Costa Adeje

Stayed for 3 weeks with the family. Too short:). Excellent location, walking distance to the El Duque beach. Yet not noisy. Unless you are out of luck with loud neighbors. However that didn't happen to us, so we had very nice holidays. The villa is big, modern, nice heated pool. Responsive owner with quick reaction to any requests. Great place to stay!

Cela fait la quatrième fois que nous louons ce type de villas à el duque. Celui ci a été très confortable , exactement comme les photos et la piscine chauffée à 28 degré comme prévu. Tout est accessible à pied ( restaurant, plage et supermarché). Le propriétaire répond très rapidement à vos questions et a été parfait !

Wonderful Villa, great location

As a large family (8 of us) we like to stay in villas, and have stayed in a couple in the same area that are very much like this villa, however this one is without doubt the best one we have found and stayed in. The villa is well presented, well decorated and all the rooms are in a good state of repair (as is the garden) and its visibly better than either of the neighboring villas. The beds are good, and their is enough bedding should you need more. The aircon works well and there is plenty of outdoor furniture. All very good indeed, however you have to remember that a villa is not a hotel, most will have a few things / quirks that you may have to deal with and we found that the garage door did not close one evening, so I had to climb on a ladder and close the door manually (we contacted the owners and they could not do more to help us the next day, the garage door was sorted and we had no other issues, thank you). The pictures do not do this place justice, and although the pool looks small it was perfectly adequate for us and the two kids loved it, they also loved the lift (which makes getting suitcases around much easier. The location is brilliant, plenty of restaurants in the area and a number of supermarkets close by...plenty of designer shops just down the road, or if you prefer there is market just around the corner twice a week that is worth a visit...yes the villa is on a hill, so its a bit of a workout to get back (esp. with a pushchair) however we had two over 70s with us, and they both managed the climb the hill at least once a day without too much effort. There is plenty of equipment in the villa, cot and highchair, plus a load of inflatable toys and buckets / spades in the outdoor sauna (didnt test that, although would be tempted next time). Would we go back? yes, without hesitation...we all really enjoyed staying here

Fantastic villa

We stayed in this villa in July/August 2015 and are returning in July 2017 as we enjoyed it so much.We had previously stayed in 2 villas located above Adeje but chose this villa because it is in a nice area and is close to the beach, good restaurants and shops so that we did not need to hire a car. The villa is very high quality and its layout made it ideal for the three generations in our party with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to cater for all of us comfortably. We were welcomed on arrival and any issues we had e.g. BBQ gas running out were quickly and helpfully resolved. The villa was clean and well equipped and furniture/fittings were of a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to friends. We are all looking forward to our return visit in July..

Excellent villa in a really good location

Having stayed in a similar property last year, we came back once again and stayed in this villa near to Playa del Duque. The location is excellent, close to shops, bars and restaurants, while Playa Fanabe and Playa del Duque are only 5-10 minutes walk away. The villa was in excellent condition and gave us loads of room (5 bedrooms for 6 adults and four kids), with a nice big lounge and four bathrooms. The outside areas were great for the kids, with a nice clean pool and some space to run around. I would recommend this villa to anyone!
