Wonderful apartment location in Florence/Firenze

Our host was very gracious and helpful. The apartment came as advertised. Comfortable bedrooms and the apartment came with both a washer and a dryer which was extremely convenient. Bathrooms are very tiny but they functioned just fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Another great vacation in Florence

Great location, a little loud because of city location but manageable. Pictures for property need to be updated. The comfortable couches and chairs in the pictures have been replaced with uncomfortable modern couches. Curtains are needed in the bedrooms just to keep out the light. Contacting the manager to make arrangements to meet someone to get the were were not made until the Friday before the Sunday we arrived and only then after we contacted VRBO a few times. Gaia was always very helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and centrally located in the city, close to everything. Having stayed in Florence three times now, this is great place to stay. There is a small elevator to get you up to the apartment and the showers are small but it's just a shower, go out and see the city.

Location, location, location

This place was absolutely beautiful. Gaia was beyond helpful and communicative. The location of the apartment was incredibly central. Walking to everything in the center of Florence. Groceries within a 1/2 mile walk. This is a wonderful rental. Would love to stay here again if we ever return to Florence!

Great location~Beautiful apartment!

Two families: 3 Parents, five 20-year olds. The check-in process was easy. Very tiny showers. Beautiful apartment, excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was kind and efficient. Overall, wonderful experience.
