Newly renovated detached house: 2 double bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, dining room, living room and outdoor space.
A step away from the sea and the lake and in an ideal position to reach the nearby cities of art, such as Lucca and Pisa, the Park of San Rossore with its natural beauties or the lively Versilia.

The house is spacious and fully furnished, spread over one floor. It has two double bedrooms with the possibility of adding a single bed, so can stay up to 6 people. Eat-in kitchen, comfortable, modern and equipped. Dining room and large living room with sofas and TV. Equipped outdoor area with barbecue and table with chairs for outdoor dining. Public parking at 50mt.

Sehr schöne und große Ferienwohnung

Super Lage! Man kann eigentlich alles zu Fuß erledigen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Betten sehr bequem. Nur nachts die vorbeifahrenden Autos, störten schon erheblich . Die Naturstrände sind ein Traum.

Schöne Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Giulia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die sich sehr um uns bemüht hat. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, nur der nächste Supermarkt ist ziemlich weit weg gewesen. Der See ist fussläufig erreichbar, das Meer ist ca. 3km entfernt und damit nur mit dem Auto/Fahrrad erreichbar. Das einzige wirkliche Manko war die Lautstärke der Straße nachts. Trotzdem lohnt sich ein Besuch in dieser Gegend, vor allem für Opernliebhaber, da das Puccini Museum und die Opernbühne im See fussläufig erreichbar sind.
