Truly a must stay property! Julie and her husband are incredible hosts. Every detail of this property is top quality and perfectly thought out! It is the perfect space for multiple families with a kitchen/ kitchenette and a laundry room on each floor. The pool area is more than comfortable and the beach is only a few steps away. I would give more stars if I could.

The property was perfect and they have thought have everything you might could possibly need… kitchen was well stocked, beach toys, chairs, beach towels.. everything! There were fresh flowers and the layout was perfect for our ever growing family with young adults . Thanks to a tropical storm we missed a few beach days but the pool was perfect for us all to hang out! The hosts were extremely friendly and very helpful with everything! We are definitely hoping to stay here again!!

Do you want to go on vacation with your extended family without having to share a bathroom, a deck, or even a dishwasher with them? We had Thanksgiving with 23 people and this home was extremely functional and perfectly stocked to host a large group. Hosts were extremely welcoming. The beach and sunset views were beautiful.

Family time

Great house, extremely well furnished with lots of little extra details. Owners very gracious and accommodating.We have stayed at several VRBO rentals in area and this is by far the best.

AMAZING HOUSE

The family had a wonderful time with plenty of space to either be all together or by themselves. Everyone enjoyed the closeness of the beach and when they weren’t on the beach they were in the pool. Close to nice family restaurants and short drive to other family entertainment. Definitely would book again!

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids. The house is in a wonderful location and has wonderful outside and inside spaces for us to hang out together , but also room to spread out when we needed space and quiet times. We loved the pool and oceanfront views. The house was clean and the extra touches of fresh flowers and sweet and salty treats in a gift bag was such a special touch . We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent property

A perfect getaway! Home is beautiful with plenty of space and amenities. It is the perfect place to rest, unwind and enjoy quality time with family! It has plenty of rooms for sleeping, very spacious, decorated beautifully, and The owners went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was what we hoped for. We will not hesitate to book this property again!

Great for large family

We spent five nights at this beautiful house and filled all the beds! Great for large families and kids. The house is extremely clean and well-appointed. The beach is easy to access, private, with little foot traffic. Todd and Julie were excellent hosts — accommodating a few requests throughout the week without hesitation and in a friendly manner. Highly recommend this vacation home!

Perfect for families

Home was in excellent condition. We had 4 generations vacationing and the set up was the best we have ever had before. Everyone had space to the themselves and we had space to gather all together. LOVED the flat walk on the boardwalk to the beach. No stairs up and down to the beach is really a game changer when traveling with kids and stuff. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

5 Star All The Way!

I travel a lot and have stayed in many vacation homes around the world and I have to say this home was by far one of the very best! Julie and Todd went above and beyond in providing everything you could possibly need for a fantastic stay. The home was immaculate upon arrival and Julie and Todd made sure our stay was top notch. There was plenty of space for my extended family of 24 (12 adults, 12 children) and everyone had a great week. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location in a perfect house!

Julie and Todd put a lot of thought and love into this home, and it shows! We met Todd when checking in and he gave us some recommendations about where to eat and Julie texted me throughout the trip to check on us...such thoughtful hosts! The kids loved playing in the pool and had a blast on the paddleboards. Nothing beats the views provided from the decks and it was so wonderful to step outside and be in the sand! We had a blast on our family vacation!

Best Beach House and Mangers Ever

This beach stay was incredible. Twenty-one of us stayed in the most wonderful beach house I have ever stayed in. Julie and Todd were also the most amazing and responsive managers I have ever experienced. They were delightful interpersonally and on top of our every need. They even supplied beautiful live orchids in many rooms and fresh-cut roses as well.

Fantastic

Second year in row to stay at this wonderfully accommodating home. House is very well kept and accomodates large families with various age groups. Spacing to either be all together or choose some time away from others to just chill watching the dolphin's. Julie and Todd are a pleasure to work with and really put their heart into making your stay the best!

Great Getaway

Our family was delighted upon arriving at this beautiful beach home. The hosts/ owners were the best ..attentive to details making sure every need was met. The home was clean, kitchen well stocked and fresh flowers placed throughout. Spacious, wonderful decks on all floors… elevator made bringing groceries and luggage in and out easy..great layout for our 8 adults and 11 grandchildren. So helpful that beach chairs were provided and all loved the kayak and paddle boards. Private boardwalk and a beach without crowds…a wonderful 5 star place!

Great place for family vacation

This place was so awesome and was stocked beyond my belief. All the things I had packed worried they would not have it in their kitchen, but I did not need to even unpack my extras as their kitchen was so well supplied. Many great things for kids to do all kinds of places for people to escape for quiet time or large enough rooms that we could all be together. It was perfect for what we needed as a family. The managers and owners are great to work with very kind and responded to any questions we had. I highly recommend this place for any family that wants to spend time together and just have fun.

Beach Getaway

From the first communication on this beautiful house, it was amazing! If I had any questions Julie responded that very day. The house was fully stocked with towels, plates, utensils, you name it they had it! We had a special needs granddaughter in a wheelchair and the house was perfect for her because of the elevator and no stairs down to the beach. They also had an outdoor shower by the pool which worked great for her. I can't recommend this house enough, it was perfect!

Review of SEAS THE Day

After 7 years we returned for our family vacation with our adult children, spouses and grandchildren. We definitely made the right decision to return. You couldn’t ask for a better house for a large group. Practically every amenity you could possibly need was provided. There was even additional items such as fresh flowers on every floor and such a generous welcome bag for us. Having a pool and being right on the ocean made it so convenient with all the beach equipment. I would certainly recommend this beach home!

Great place for a Family Vacation

Our family rented Seas the Day for the week of spring break. It was truly amazing. 5 adult couples each had a master bedroom facing the ocean with an beautiful deck on each level and all had great quality furniture. The main area was perfect in size for our large group of 24. The outdoor area was perfect with both a pool and chaise lounges and plenty of seating in the shade. The little ones loved it. The house had plenty of equipment to enjoy the pool area and also the beach. It is a perfect location with all a family needs. I would highly recommend it. The owner added some nice personal touches such as fresh flowers on every floor and a nice goody bag that the kids loved. Truly a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

Seas the Day was AMAZING!!!

Our stay at the Seas the Day was a wonderful experience. The home is beautiful, the views are exceptional, access to the beach on a flat boardwalk was wonderful and plenty of optional rooms and space for a large crowd. The owners Julie and Todd were amazing which you do not always find in a rent from owner home. They were so responsive and immediately assisted in a couple hours with a few very minor issues without any hesitation. I cannot say how wonderful they were as host to our vacation from assisting with any questions about the house, provided great suggestions for restaurants in area, and provided an exceptional clean home. The arrival gift bag was enjoyed by all the entire week and the addition of fresh flowers throughout the home made it feel so much like home. Thank you Julie and Todd for sharing your home and looking forward to seeing you next year!
