Oasis Beach VII, Beautiful South-facing holiday home for up to 4 people.
This beautiful ground floor apartment located in Residencial Oasis Beach 7 in Punta Prima has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It accommodates up to 4 persons. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a double bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
Located on the south terrace you can the whole day to fully enjoy the sun and you have a view of the beautiful communal pool and lovely garden.
The living room is furnished in modern style and includes air conditioning, LCD TV with FLANDERS TV channels (TV Vlaanderen).
Free Wifi in the entire house.
From the terrace you simply have access to the communal garden that houses the pool.
There is an open kitchen with all necessary equipment. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is private underground parking is available. The urbanization is located in the popular area of Punta Prima and offers outdoor pools, a jacuzzi and a large courtyard where you can enjoy the sun more than 300 days a year.
The Mediterranean Sea and its beaches are within walking distance as well as a wide selection of restaurants and various entertainment. The distance to the beach is only 1.5 km.
Additional conditions for the use of electricity. The above rental prices include energy, unless more than 85 Kwh per week consumption of electricity. The additional usage will be deducted from the deposit a € 0.40 per KWh.
