In a residence, on the first floor, composed of a living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with two bunk beds and bathroom with shower.
The apartment has a veranda with a table for 6 people, a stack for washing and a barbecue and drying rack for clothes.

The apartment has been renovated in the furnishings, in the living room has a comfortable sofa for three people, a table for six people and a convenient piece of furniture to cook in front of the kitchenette.
It has a washing machine and a combined oven (microwave, grill and classic). There is no television because I think it is not necessary in such a vacation spot where, after a day at the beach, perhaps interspersed with a regenerating nap, it is pleasant to dine and after adults and children can easily socialize around Bagnaia, but for those who want to bring it there is the antenna. There is a small library and magazines for children and teens, board games and books for Elba excursions. x

Purtroppo l assoluta mancanza di pulizia dell appartamento mi ha molto deluso,per il prezzo pagato Però posizione della appartamento e la vista sono davvero ottimi anche il contesto residenziale molto bello Peccato per il parcheggio interno che quando è pieno L auto la devi mettere fuori La signora Dell appartamento assolutamente gentile e disponibile Se fosse stato pulito L appartamento, sarebbe stato perfetto.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene!
Abbiamo trascorso 11 notte in questo residence e ci siamo trovati benissimo. È situato in una posizione comoda vicino c’è un bar, un mini market e alcuni ristoranti. La spiaggia, che dista 5 minuti a piedi, è perfetta per chi cerca la tranquillità. Il parcheggio del residence è un po’ piccolo e quasi sempre pieno però nei dintorni ci sono altri parcheggi quindi non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di difficoltà a trovarlo in qualsiasi ora del giorno. La casa era accogliente, spaziosa e pulita. Simona anche se non l’abbiamo conosciuta personalmente è stata molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze.

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer. Die Vermieterin war entgegenkommend und stets für Fragen da. Super, dass sie uns Bettswäsche bereitstellen konnte und sehr praktisch war auch die Waschmaschine. Die ersten Nächte waren sehr heiss und das war recht unangenehm. Wir haben dann einen Ventilator gekauft. Jedenfalls können wir das Objekt weiterempfehlen.

Bene ma non benissimo
L'appartamento ci è subito piaciuto per o suoi spazi vivibili. La veranda all'ombra a pranzo e cena ci ha salvato dalla calura estiva mentre il tavolo interno va benissimo x la colazione. L'unica pecca è stata la pulizia del bagno e in generale che non c'è proprio stata. ( Polvere e sporcizia generica per terra e in bagno anche di peggio) La proprietaria si è subito scusata e adoperata per trovare una soluzione. L'appartamento ha bisogno di un po' di manutenzione ma per starci una decina di giorni va più che bene. Ringrazio ancora Simona e spero che sistemi un po' l'appartamento per renderlo il più confortevole possibile.

lovely apartment in Bagnaia near the beach
we really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The location was perfect, we spent the evenings on the balcony and my kids loved the games and books (althout not understanding a word of Italian). There is also a washing machine, which made such a difference! Would love to come again.
