Come enjoy your beach vacation at the 7th Cottage from the Gulf in the Magnolia Cottages by the Sea neighbor conveniently situated on Scenic 30A between Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Highlights of our beautiful beach house include:

- 2 Master suites, each with King beds and en suite private bathroom
- Bunk room with Twin XL over Queen, sleeping 3, with its bathroom across hall
- Flat screen TVs in each bedroom and living room
- 5 minute walk to the beach; less than a minute walk to the pool.
- 3 (or more) Bicycles provided
- Screened porch in front of house
- Patio out back with BBQ grill
- Beach chairs and beach wagon for your use

The 7th Cottage by the Sea is a beautiful beach house with all the amenities you’ll need for a relaxing beach vacation. We are 7 houses from the front of the neighborhood and a short 100 yard walk down the street to the private access to the most beautiful beaches in the World! The heated Magnolia Cottages pool is also only 2 houses away. Our home is nestled along Scenic Hwy 30-A, in the Magnolia Cottages by the Sea neighborhood between Rosemary/Alys Beach and Seaside. A bike/running/walking path runs along the entire 20-mile stretch of our little piece of paradise. You can spend the week exploring each beach side town, or relaxing on our screened front porch. You couldn’t ask for a better location.

The 7th Cottage boasts a private master suite on the second floor with a private balcony overlooking the neighborhood, a king en-suite bedroom on the main floor, and a bunk room with twin xl over queen bed. Beds are furnished with superior quality sheets, duvet covers, and cotton bath/hand towels. We have wood flooring throughout the house. All bedrooms and the family room have flat screen televisions.

Come relax and rejuvenate with family and friends at our charming beach house. The 7th Cottage is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage which boasts a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. The modern kitchen is appointed with deluxe wood cabinets and white-granite counter tops. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. We also provide convenient appliances including a K-cup style coffee maker, toaster, and blender.

WE ARE FAMILY FRIENDLY! We have a 50' widescreen LCD TV in the living room and 32' TVs in the master and guest bedrooms. Wi-Fi is provided.

Please Note: Our cottage is a NON-SMOKING unit (including the porch), and we DO NOT ALLOW PETS OF ANY KIND. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by parents who are staying overnight, in the cottage and supervising their young people.

Julie and Kevin met while he was a squadron commander at nearby Tyndall AFB near Panama City in 2000. Lily was born in 2003 and we bought our first beach place in 2009 to enjoy the most beautiful beaches and to visit family. We're very excited to now own the "7th Cottage" from 30A in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea.
