Spacious, comfortable and bright house built high up with a breathtaking view of the sea.
The house can accommodate 6 people, it consists of a large living room with living room, office area, dining room, large fireplace and large picture window with an exceptional view of the sea. Spacious fully equipped kitchen. TV and Wifi.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms with sea view, 2 bathrooms, and 2 WCs.
Large garden with trees and terrace facing south.
Close to magnificent sandy beaches. The village is located 600m, possibility to rent bikes, near the magnificent exotic garden of Georges Delaselle, the nautical center and the equestrian center.
The island of Batz is located off Roscoff in northern Finistère. After a 10-minute speedboat ride across the island of Batz promises you a total change of scenery, you will quickly be seduced by this pretty corner of paradise!

Un séjour parfait en tous points

Maison idéale en tous points : vue à couper le souffle orientée plein sud, au calme avec un jardin très agréable, une grande cheminée, tout le confort d’une maison familiale vivante, remplie de bons livres et dotée d’une excellente connexion wifi. Un seul regret, celui de devoir partir !

Dans cette maison idéalement située à tous égards nous avons passé 8 jours de vraies vacances ! Tout nous a réussi ! Sans doute la présence de Christelle, l'ange gardien local de la maison, n'y est pas pour rien ! Bonnes adresses, petit dépannage... Elle a complété l'excellent dossier de vacances rédigé par les propriétaires de cette si sympathique maison de famille ! Un rêve : y revenir... Merci Christelle !
