This large, elegant and comfortable home has an eclectic charm with warm beach inspired colors that illuminate the rooms and create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Two quaint oceanfront decks provide the perfect spot to relax or watch the stunning sunrise over the ocean. The large decks provide a scenic and tranquil view of the natural intracoastal waterway and beautiful sunsets.
From the main entrance on the ground floor, the private elevator can be accessed offering accessibility to each floor of the home.
The second level features five bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the left. you enter into the first bedroom with a queen bed and stunning ocean views. The second bedroom is perfect for the younger guests with a twin bunk bed, trundle bed and queen bed. The first and second bedrooms share a full adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom is at the end of the hallway, it features a king size bed and opens up to the lower back deck which overlooks the intercoastal waterway. This bedroom utilizes the full bathroom located at the end of the main hallway. The fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and opens to the lower back deck. This bedroom shares a full bath with the fifth bedroom. The fifth bedroom features a king bed and ocean view.
The top floor provides a panoramic view of the ICW to the west and an incredible ocean view to the east. This main living area provides and abundance of sunlight, warmth and openness of the living room, dining room and chef’s kitchen. The living room is a great gathering place for family game night. The dining room is spacious with a table that seats 10 along with additional seating for 6 at the kitchen island. The chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances, a large granite island, farm sink and pantry. On this level, there are two Master suites, one with a king bed and one with a queen. Both suites provide ocean views and private en suite bathrooms.
This extravagant home provides guests with a private swimming pool that ranges in depth from 3 to 5 feet, with built-in seating and a surrounding deck area to take in the sun. At the end of the day, rinse off the sun, sand and lotion in a relaxing over-sized outdoor shower.
The new intracoastal dock is a short walk down the backyard path. The dock provides a great fishing/crabbing spot, a perfect place to launch a kayak/paddleboard or a quiet and serene setting to relax, read a book and watch the various island birds and wildlife.

WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

TRIP PREPARATION:
Access Realty Vacation Rentals adhere to minimum standards set to provide you with as many of the comforts of home as possible during your stay. All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more!
Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less nonrefundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.
**Check In Day: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will give you a courtesy call on the cell phone number that you provided above and we will send your check in instructions via email. All homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue keys or passes. Please note: keys or door codes will NOT be given to anyone under the age of 25 or to anyone who is not named on the reservation. If you need to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up keys or receive a door code email, please notify our office prior to your arrival date.
**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.
**After Hours Check Ins are available for anyone scheduled to arrive after 5pm or on Sunday when our offices are closed. Please notify us as soon as you are aware you will need an After Hours Check In.
