The sitting room has sea views and a lovely open fire. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dining room and also on the ground floor is a utility room and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a king-size double, a double and a twin and two bathrooms, including one with a freestanding bath. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a rear lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Greengates is the perfect base for exploring Exmoor National Park.

Perfect cottage for family holiday

Spent Xmas at the property and it was perfect. The house is beautiful inside and fully equipped, in a great location. All rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. I thoroughly recommend staying here and hope to rebook in the summer.
