Greengates is a spacious holiday home opposite West Beach in the heart of Watchet, a picturesque coastal town in West Somerset and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms. The sitting room has sea views and a lovely open fire. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dining room and also on the ground floor is a utility room and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a king-size double, a double and a twin and two bathrooms, including one with a freestanding bath. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a rear lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Greengates is the perfect base for exploring Exmoor National Park.

Range cooker with electric and gas ovens and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview with Google Chromecast, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Cot and Highchair available. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 medium sized car. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture and barbecue. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub, beach and harbour 3 mins walk. Note: There are steps in the garden.
