It is located within the urbanization Pi Verd, a closed area, in a pine forest next to the golf course, with open spaces gardens and community roads, lawn. Swimming pools for children and adults, with sun and shade spaces on the lawn.

The house, two floors, Ibizan style, has a private garden and terrace with barbecue.

On the ground floor you will find the complete kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace, TV room and private garden outings to enjoy lunch or dinner or simply enjoy the silence. The same floor also has a full bathroom.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, complete with bath and exit to a solarium terrace with barbecue. The two rooms have light and windows or balcony to the outside with views of the pine forest. Both have built-in cabinets.

Grundsätzlich angenehmes Haus mit freundlichen Vermietern in ruhiger, familienfreundlicher Anlage. Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Mobiliar. Leider war die Küche dreckig und klebrig, so dass wir zunächst Geschirr, Besteck und Schränke säubern mussten. So wollten wir den Urlaub nicht starten.

Sehr schöne Lage und nettes Objekt

Objekt und Lage waren sehr gut. Lediglich die Bäder und Küche könnten renoviert werden: WW und Wasserdruck ok, tlw. Duschköpfe verstopft oder korrodiert, dass duschen ohne Überschwemmung schwierig (kleines Bad EG) - oberes Bad ok. Küche schon älteren Datums ebenso wie Ausstattung, die tlw. sehr simpel war (z.B. Besteck - das könnte man mal nachkaufen). Lüfter in KiZi sehr schwach und laut - Lüfter on SchlZi ok. Im EG wäre ein Lüfter auch angebracht… Gute Tips vom Gastgeber erhalten zu Erkundungstouren und Restaurants in der Umgebung!

Des vacances a l’ombre des pins parasols et au calme meme en aout!

Coin et residence tres sympa. Le parc et la piscine sont tres calmes. Super situation pour découvrir tous les environs tout en profitant de la grande belle plage de pals avec moins de mondes Que sur les calas de begur. La maison est bien mais un petit Rafraîchissement des salles de bain et cuisine seraient un plus pour rendre cet endroit parfait. La maison est agencée autrement avec gout. Propriétaire tres agréable qui nous donne les coins a découvrir.

Jolie maison de vacances

Maison de vacances confortable dans belle propriete privee pas loins de la plage 1.2km a pied. Le petit plus serait d avoir des transats pour s allonger a l exterieur.
