Your Own Private Pool And Grilling Area!

My street level townhouse is located about 1/2 block from the beach. It features a pool and grilling area within a fenced-in back yard for your private enjoyment. The pool measurement are 10' x 16' and 4' x5' deep
Inside, you will also enjoy its spacious 3 bedrooms. The townhouse sleeps 10 - a queen size bed and bathroom in the master bedroom, 2 guest bedrooms, one with 2 queen size beds, and the 2nd bedroom includes 2 twin beds. There is also a second bathroom. Also a sofa bed in the living room.. All the bedrooms have flat screen tv's

The living room has plenty of seating (sofa and love seat) perfect for watching the flat screen TV, or simply lounging around and surfing the internet, since the townhouse is WiFi enabled. The open concept townhouse's living room flows right into the dining room with seating for 8

In addition, the townhouse has a full, well appointed kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.

Simply stated, here you will find all the comforts of home in paradise! NO PETS

We enjoyed staying at the property. It was as listed. We liked location. We spent evenings at nearby pub and the pool. The pool was small, but perfect for what we wanted. We appreciated having the room for the cars. The check in and out was easy.

I love leaving good reviews, but I just can’t…Cons:There are no kitchen, staples! Not even salt and pepper. A few K pods and coffee filters.Dirty: Men walked around barefoot and their feet were black. Get some flip-flops!Air intake vent and ceiling fans dirty and covered with debris. Wish I could post pictures. We had to wash many of the dishes before we could use them.The grill outside was dirty and still had an onion on it so we didn’t even use it. It’s only big enough for 3 to 4 burgers or two steaks.Consider a deep cleaning crew and then a new housekeeper.Shampoo and soap rack in the tub/shower is rusted. This would be a pretty cheap fix!The shower liner hung around our feet. We were able to get it higher to prevent getting caught up in it. No one wants to fall in a bathtub!Bed closest to the door in the room with 2 queen beds is lower in the center and sounds like the wood in the box springs is cracking. Don’t know about the other bed.Most pillows need to be replaced as they are pretty flat.Rugs have no backing in our fall hazard.Pros:Air-conditioning worked well. Within walking distance of the beach. Nice dining table and chair set. A private pool. We did not use as we had someone in our party that is slightly handicapped. Corner set of steps did not have handrails and the other steps in the pool wall would be hard for them to use.Observation: Place could be fixed up really cute. However, it needs an almost total refresh and a deep clean.
