Within 100 meters you will find a selection of shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and other services. From Denia, ferries depart daily to Ibiza and Formentera. Alicante and Valencia are located about 1 hour drive.

Muchas gracias a Lidia por su especial atención , siempre disponible y una atención perfecta.
La ubicación, la tranquilidad de la urbanización. Lo bien cuidad que está.
La villa es ideal pero necesita remodelación: se nota que tienen 50 años y necesitan remodelarse. El que no haya en el salón aire acondicionado ha sido un gran contra.

Casita pequeña al borde del mar
La distribución es cómoda para dos personas. La ubicación a la playa es increíble. Aire acondicionado frío calor funcionaban bien.
La cafetera y el hervidor no funcionaban. Reformar el baño. Y poner persianas en las ventanas.

Well located next to the beach and easy access to local restaurants and short bus ride to town.
Air con works great, tidy little villa that's close to the beach.
Shutters are all very old and mostly broken. Windows are very old also.
