About this property

House with private pool at the gates of Provence

Charming holiday home with private pool.
The house offers:
- on the ground floor a lounge with open kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, induction plates etc ...) of 50m ² which gives access to the terrace. A parental suite with its room of water and a bed in 160mx200 gives also on the terrace with barbecue. The WC are independent.
- upstairs, two separate bedrooms, one with a bed 140x200 and one with two twin beds 90x190. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
-the swimming pool of 6mx4m is private
We have no sleeping arrangements in the living room to maintain a comfortable living space for all and access to the outside adapted to the rhythms of each!
The house is equipped with WI-FI and each room is air-conditioned, so as to offer everyone the comfort that he wishes. Linen is provided (sheets, towels and dish towels). There is also a washing machine.
We ask you to be kind enough to leave the house as clean when you leave as you found it when you arrived. The cleaning kit is at your disposal (vacuum cleaner, mop etc.). You can also choose to take the housekeeping option at 60 €.

Beautiful, relaxing stay

Excellent property which had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday in Provence. Caroline is an excellent host and always on hand to provide information and help. The only thing worth noting is the stairs are very steep and may not be good for small children or people with reduced mobility Overall a brilliant place to stay

Fantastic house with private pool in beautiful region

We had a great stay in this house. Caroline was a great host. The house and pool were bigger than expected. If you want to visit Avignon, Arles, nimes, pont du gard, st Rémy/glanum, aigues mortes etc. this is a very central place. Nice private property.

The perfect base camp

Very nice house with quiet terasse and pool. The house is perfect for relaxing. All you need for cooking, washing etc. is there. It is large enough for families (as a couple we did not need all rooms). The hosts are very nice and live nearby. The village Comps itself has not much to offer, but it is perfect for exploring the Camargue and Provence region by car because it is right in the middle between Arles, Avignon and Nîmes. The beach is an hour to drive, but going there takes you through the beautifull plains of Camargue. We enjoyed our vacation a lot!!

Une belle semaine au calme sous la chaleur et le soleil Des alentours tres beaux a voir Et la piscine pr le plus grand plaisir des enfants! Une belle maison avec de belles surfaces meme.au niveau des chambres et la clim dans toutes les pieces ... un bonheur ! Einfach nur schön

Wir waren im Juni für 2 Wochen bei Traumwetter in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schon der sehr nette Empfang durch unsere Gastgeberin Caroline ließ den Urlaub gut starten. Das Haus ist genau wie in der Beschreibung und den Fotos dargestellt. Es liegt eingebettet zwischen ein paar Wohnhäusern, man ist aber völlig privat und für sich, da der gesamte Pool- und Terrassenbereich uneinsehbar sind. Man genießt eine himmlische Ruhe. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Avignon, Arles, Nimes (jeweils 30 Min.), Pont du Gard (10 Min.) Und zum Mittelmeer (eine gute Stunde). Wir können dieses Haus empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Wunderbar

Die großzügige Unterkunft entsprach genau dem Angebot. In ruhiger Lage mit allen Annehmlichkeiten perfekt zum relaxen und zentral gelegen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Avignon, Nimes, Pont du Gard etc. Caroline hat sich sehr um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert, uns Ihr Weingut gezeigt und den Weinanbau sehr ausführlich erklärt, Weinprobe inclusive. Nachträglich noch mal ein großes Dankeschön für die herzliche Aufnahme. Fazit: Wer diese Adresse wählt wird nicht enttäuscht werden und macht alles richtig.

Idealer Standort

Wir (4 Best-Ager) hatten dieses Ferienhaus gewählt, weil es über 2 getrennte Badezimmer und 2 seoarate WCs verfügt. Die Größe des Hauses, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und ein gut gepflegter Pool und ein großer Wohn- Essbereich mit gut und komplett ausgestatteter Küchenzeile ermöglichten auch mehrgängige selbstgekochte Menüs. Unsere Anreise war durch eine unzutreffende Adressangabe (falsche Hausnummer 293 anstelle von richtig 47) allerdings erschwert, da auch die übermittelten Koordinatendaten nicht wirklich zielführend waren. Das Haus liegt am Ende eines privaten Zuwegs, ruhig und etwas "versteckt". Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und größtenteils modern, mit einigen älteren, eher dekorativen Möbeln ausgestattet. Von der Bettenzahl her eignet es sich auch für 6 Personen. Die Treppe ist etwas steil. Die beiden technischen Probleme (Wasserhahn und Warmwasserboiler) wurden durch das sehr nette Vermieterpaar sehr schnell behoben. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus und dieser Region gut erholt und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Un gîte au cœur d’une région attrayante

Un gîte totalement conforme à l’annonce, idéalement situé pour rayonner et visiter les sites du Gard et de Provence. Il est très bien équipé et la piscine permet de se rafraîchir en fin de journée après les visites ou même le matin. Caroline répond très vite à nos questions et éventuelles demandes. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables.

Angenehme Sommerwochen

Ein komfortables Haus auf dem Land: Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und technisch auf dem neusten Stand. Wunderbar auch die Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer. Ein gepflegter, uneinsehbarer Pool erfrischt an heißen Tagen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Die Vermieterin Caroline ist sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Ein Genuss auch die Weine, die von der Familie im Weingut Chateau Font Barrièle gemacht werden. Die eine oder andere Kiste hat mit uns gemeinsam die Rückreise "angetreten". Wir haben in diesem Haus zwei wunderbare Juniwochen verlebt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Herzlichen Dank, liebe Caroline!

Heerlijk huis met zwembad in de tuin

Een heerlijk huis met volop privacy. De keuken is volledig uitgerust, compleet met diverse pannen en bakspullen. Comps is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van diverse plaatsen die het bezoeken waard zijn zoals Nimes, Avignon, Arles. Alle plaatsen liggen op ongeveer 20 minuten autorijden. Een grote supermarkt is gelegen op 7 minuten autorijden. Een bezoek aan de Camargue is ook zeer de moeite waard. De eigenaar is erg hartelijk en maakte met ons een tour naar de wijngaarden. Prachtig! Jullie wijnen zijn van topkwaliteit. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Christian en Caroline hartelijk dank voor jullie gastvrijheid!

Traumhaftes Haus in perfekter Lage!

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt und wurden sehr freundlich von Caroline empfangen. Das Haus ist fantastisch ausgestattet und großzügig geschnitten. Der Pool war größer als erwartet und es gab genügend Platz zum Sonnen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Provence und auch die Camargue ist schnell zu erreichen. Unweit des Hauses gibt es einen toll ausgebauten Rad- und Wanderweg. Caroline hatte uns Nadu Rando zum Kajak fahren empfohlen, die Durchfahrt am Pont du Gard war grandios. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir bedanken uns für die tolle Unterbringung.

Wir durften zwei wunderbare Wochen Urlaub verbringen. Die Kinder bekamen wir nur schwer aus dem Pool. Die Lage ist super um die Gegend (Nimes, Avignon, Pont du Gard, zu erkunden. Es hat alles super gepasst. Caroline ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als wir einen platten Reifen hatten, war es für sie selbstverständlich, dass sie uns hilft. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür. Tolles Ferienhaus vor den Toren der Provence

Wir (Familie 2 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder zwischen 9 und 14) haben in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus 2 wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Obwohl das Ferienhaus nur für 6 Personen vorgesehen ist, hat Caroline es möglich gemacht, dass wir hier auch zu siebt genügend Platz hatten. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Besonders die Küchenausstattung war besser als wir es aus anderen Ferienhäusern gewohnt waren. Der Pool war stets sauber und hat zu einer Abkühlung eingeladen. Durch die Klimatisierung waren auch die Nächte in der Sommerhitze sehr erträglich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin Caroline. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

de woning is groot genoeg voor zes personen, boven zijn er ruime slaapkamers , grote douche ,badkamer . De apparaten in de keuken zijn van zeer goede kwaliteit Overal airco aanwezig zeker een pluspunt de badkamer beneden is eerder klein en je mag niet vergeten het dekseltje op het doucheputje te leggen of je hebt last van een vreselijke geur, dit zou beter worden gezegd bij het inchecken. Ook de BBq is aan vervanging toe.

Lovely time in Comps

We had a great week in Comps. Caroline was a wonderful host — the wine of theirs that we had was very good. Kitchen was well-equipped, showers were good, beds comfortable. We visited many nearby sites, including pont du gard by rented bicycle via la voie verte. Wi-Fi worked very well, Kids loved the pool, and we found the kitchen to be very well-equipped.
