Nice apartment, classified 4 stars, 45 mÂČ on the ground floor composed of an air-conditioned bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with Italian shower and a living room in which a quality convertible sofa that can accommodate a third person (or two children). The fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine) overlooks a slate swimming pool where it will be nice to cool off after a visit to the most beautiful places in Reunion. In this structure adjoining a villa you will be completely independent because everything has been designed for your well being. close to all shops (1 minute walk).

The tourist tax of € 2 per adult person per night will be required upon arrival.

TrĂšs joli appartement comme Ă  la maison , propre et confortable , accueil par laeticia au top trĂšs chaleureuse et Ă  l’ecoute De nos besoin . Petit bĂ©mol ( pas d’aspirateur qui serai bien pratique , Ă©coulement de la douche boucher , piscinelle exceptionnel dommage que nous pouvions pas l’utiliser le soir Ă  cause des cafard Ă©norme mais nos peur sont propre a nous ) . Sinon rien Ă  redire trĂšs bien situer , calme propre , Ă  coter de tout , dĂ©corer avec soin , on se sent vraiment comme chez soit . Un trÚs bon séjour

Enfin un gite en tous points conforme aux photos et descriptif. il faut le signaler ce n'est pas si frĂ©quent. Un vrai appartement de plain-pied propre, confortable, moderne et bien dĂ©corĂ© dans lequel on se sent vite chez soi. Mention spĂ©ciale pour la SDB propre moderne et bien Ă©quipĂ©e et linge de maison fourni + serviettes de plage On gare la voiture dans l'allĂ©e et on ferme le portail ce qui est pratique et sĂ©curisant. Accueil aux petits soins par LĂŠtitia avec le repas du midi qui nous attendait. et c'est rassurant de savoir que vous pouvez l'appeler en cas de problĂšme. Le quartier est trĂšs rĂ©sidentiel ce qui est apprĂ©ciable et mĂȘme si il y a fĂȘtes et musique les soirĂ©es du week-end dans les propriĂ©tĂ©s voisines, il suffit de fermer les portes et fenĂȘtre pour ne pas ĂȘtre dĂ©rangĂ©s car l'insonorisation est parfaite. Mini centre commercial Ă  50 m pour les courses de 1ere nĂ©cessitĂ©, arrĂȘt de bus devant l'entrĂ©e mais je conseille d'avoir un moyen de transport personnel pour descendre Ă  ST gilles ou Ă  la plage. Peut ĂȘtre faudrait il prĂ©voir des couverts , verres et assiettes en plus mais bon Ă  2 c'est OK . Pas de mĂ©nage en partant, juste les poubelles Ă  vider et le linge Ă  rassembler . En rĂ©sumĂ© : Un trĂšs bon choix et vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermĂ©s. JM & BEA , voyageurs exigeants.... mais sachant reconnaĂźtre la qualitĂ© quand elle est lĂ

Cette premiÚre expérience de location pour nous a été une révélation

HabituĂ©s des hĂŽtels, nous avons pour une premiĂšre fois choisi ce type de location. Et nous avons eu l'impression d'ĂȘtre chez nous, comme Ă  la maison. La dĂ©coration a Ă©tĂ© pensĂ© avec goĂ»t. Avions Ă  notre disposition tout les Ă©quipements (lave-linge, cuisine, sĂšche-cheveux, Grille pain...). Le soir aprĂšs nos balades, notre plaisir, Ă©tait de boire un apĂ©ro au bord de la piscinette, en famille. L'emplacement est calme, Ă  10 minutes des plages et Ă  10 minutes de la route des tamarins , de surcroĂźt nous avions un "score " face a nous qui nous permettait de faire nos courses.
