Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. The Herradura from Malaga. A paradise

Apartment of 82 m2, large living room with sofa bed for two people, satellite TV, wifi (on prior request 19 euros per week), terrace with sea view (table and chairs for six people to eat in the open air), two bedrooms, one with sea view and a double bed, the other two separate beds (both with easy storage) two bathrooms with two toilets. (one with bath the other with shower) fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning and heating is operational in the living room and bedrooms. We have provided a cot and a high chair for a toddler. Private garage, shared swimming pool. Very quiet place near the natural park on the heights of La Herradura. Three km from shops and restaurants and the beach. Ten minutes from Almuñécar and Nerja, as well as a nudist beach and 25 minutes from Motril.

Cet appartement était parfait ! Très bien situé sur les hauteurs de La Herradura pour une vue magnifique sur la baie. Son orientation est également optimale pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse couverte. Il est très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche linge) et la place de parking couverte est aussi un point positif pour stationner son véhicule à l'ombre et en sécurité. Fani est aux petits soins pour nous accueillir, elle est vraiment très gentille, et Najat a été tout aussi agréable pour notre départ. Et elles parlent français toutes les 2. Nous avons pu également profiter de la piscine sans trop d'affluence et observer quasi quotidiennement les bouquetins ibériques autour de la résidence. Toute la famille a été séduite !

El apartamento está muy bien, aunque la ubicación no es para todos los gustos, está muy alejado de la playa y es necesario moverse en coche para todo, lo bueno es que tiene una plaza de garaje propia y aunque en la urbanización no hay problemas de aparcamiento es mejor no tener el coche al sol. La piscina no es muy grande pero es tranquila.No tendríamos problema en repetir.

Lugar recomendable

Hemos disfrutado de unos días en un lugar maravilloso y con maravillosas vistas. Alojamiento situado en la parte alta de una ladera, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de ella. Para bajar andando a la playa está un poco lejos y sus cuestas lo dificultan, pero por lo demás muy contentos con esta experiencia.

Apartamento tranquilo y agradable

Es una urbanización bastante tranquila y retirada del centro de La Herradura con una piscina pequeña, pero agradable dado que no suele haber mucha gente (al menos durante nuestra estancia). El apartamento está agradable y con muy buenas vistas.

LUCES Y SOMBRAS MUY OSCURAS

LUCES: Apartamento en buenas condiciones. Amplio aparcamiento. Vistas magníficas. SOBRAS: sin pastillas para lavavajilla, sin bolsas para la basura, sin papel higiénico, sin detergente para lavado a mano de vajilla... Elementos simples y económicos que es necesario tener a mano de forma inmediata. Falta de intimidad al estar nuestro balcón conectado con el del vecino que FUMABA y hacía imposible estar ahí con los niños. (Un cerramiento con mampostería resolvería el problema). Lo lamentable: VECINOS MUY QUEJOSOS: Llevamos un perrito porque está permitido. Nos amenazaron de DENUNCIA POR LADRIDOS. Amargaron nuestras vacaciones con sus quejas y amenazas de MULTA. Pasamos por muy malos momentos con este tema y tuvimos que rehacer nuestros planes de visitas y salidas, sin contar con playas para perros en la zona. Lo lamentamos porque la atención de Fani, el apartamento, el lugar, estupendos. Pero ante las SOMBRAS descritas, NO REPETIREMOS NI ACONSEJAREMOS ESTE LUGAR!

Hemos tenido malos momentos por culpa de los vecinos que tienen un perro también... Llamo su atención que la descripción del apartamento es correcta. También recuerdo que no es un hotel y que, por lo tanto, los servicios relacionados con él no son necesarios. Además había muchos en el apartamento Había hecho una excepción para usted , porque usted había insistido. Lo lamento ahora. A pesar de todo, lamento la actitud de mis vecinos.

Apartamento muy bien equipado y en una zona muy tranquila. Lo mejor la terraza y sus vistas. Un plus que dejen alojarte con mascota. Recomendable.

Super apartament

Bardzo fajny apartament za rozsądną cenę. Balkon z cudownym widokiem na La Herradura. Basen komunalny z którego korzystało bardzo mało osób, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się jakby był tylko dla nas. Opiekunka obiektu Fani to bardzo miła osoba, chętnie służąca pomocą. Apartament posiada klimatyzację oraz miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt, na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette appartement qui est parfait. L’annonce correspond exactement à ce que nous avons eu. La vue est magnifique, l’appartement est spacieux, clair, et très bien aménagé. nous avons été accueilli par Fani qui est une personne charmante et disponible en cas de problème.
