This one of the most beautiful lakehouse. Its so peaceful and mind relaxing and most of all 3 miles from Walmart and other food and shopping places. The house has everything you need and then some. Larry is such a wonderful hostess.

This rental exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of room for large family. The living room features a large sectional sofa and electric recliner. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to cook your own meals and includes both a full size coffee pot and a Keurig single cup. There are 2 nice sized bedrooms downstairs with their own bathrooms another bedroom right outside a full bath off of the living room a 1/2 bath. Upstairs there are 4 private bedrooms 1-1/2 bathrooms and a small living area. The home is very well constructed and meticulously designed. The wrap around porch was a nice surprise! Huge porch with seating for enjoying the lake and sunrise/sunset, a private pier to fish and a fish cleaning area. The owner was easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Easy check in and check out. Covered parking and picnic area. Well maintained swimming pool. The feel of a secluded getaway despite just minutes from retail and restaurants and a short drive from NOLA.

Great venue for our wrestling “family” team. Stayed for a tournament and was able to chill and swim and fish after battling all day. Only thing to recommend is bring your own beach towels.

The house was absolutely beautiful. The house was very clean but the vents need cleaned. The pool worked the night we got there but the next day the pump quit working. All in all we had an amazing time and will be back.

The house was AMAZING!!! It's a bit of a hike to New Orleans, but otherwise we couldn't have asked for more. Tons of space for everyone, the pool was fantastic, and the view over the lake was even better than the photos. And there were way more options for great food in Slidell than we realized (shoutout to Palmetto's on the Bayou). Everyone agreed we would 100% stay there again if we come back to New Orleans.

Stayed in this awesome house with a group of 15 guys for a long weekend. Rain or shine, the house is so accommodating of a large group. It was everything we could have wanted and more, the group consensus was that even the photos don’t fully do it justice, and expectations were already high based on them. Gorgeous views and interiors, spacious decks, living areas and kitchen, great pool and backyard, all at a very reasonable cost. More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms, AC worked great. The perfect place for a large group. The owners were fantastic and very responsive. We were all sad to go once the weekend was over, and the house was a big part of that. Wish I could rate it higher!

Great Extended Family Space

Great location. Essentials are available in Slidell, but you can easily access New Orleans. House was perfect for a crowd of over 20 people. There was great crabbing off the pier.
