The Pineapple Princess is a stunning ocean view condo located in the Country Club Villas overlooking the 18th fairway and 10th tee of the Kona Country Club golf course. This spacious third-floor unit spans 1,246 square feet with an open concept kitchen/dining/living area, covered lanai, two main floor bedrooms, large bedroom loft and three bathrooms.

Sleeps up to Six People

The main floor bedrooms each feature king beds, flatscreen televisions, fans and air conditioning. The ocean view master has an ensuite bathroom with shower, while the main floor bathroom has a shower, plus a washer and dryer. In the ocean view loft bedroom, there is a queen bed, fan and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Comfortable Island Living

From the contemporary décor to the deluxe amenities, the Pineapple Princess provides the comforts of home while relaxing in paradise. The kitchen and dining area features granite countertops, appliances and a dining table with seating for six. Cabinets are stocked with twelve place settings, cookware, serving dishes and small appliances. The living area includes a sectional sofa, accent chair, television with streaming video access and DVD player, fan and air conditioning.

Lanai with a View

From the lanai, you get a spectacular 180-degree view overlooking Keauhou Bay, perfect for taking in the sunset and maybe catch the green flash! Enjoy outdoor dining with the propane gas BBQ, dining table for six, fan and sunshades.

Kona Country Club Villas is both private, quiet, and well-appointed. It's There are just 116 units in the complex, but three gated pools and two tennis courts with one also setup for pickleball.

Located on Ali'i Drive, the property is also easy to access local activities and beyond. The Pineapple Princess is named for one of its founding owners who sought out a “home away from home” in Hawaii to host her many friends and family. Like the movies of the original Pineapple Princess, Annette Funicello, and her frequent co-star Frankie Avalon, we hope your stay is filled with some fun, adventure and little romance. This condo was an easy space to live in for the 5 adults in our group. The view is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked which was a pleasant surprise. However, all the knives were excessively dull which is a bad accident waiting to happen. Smaller stemless wine glasses would be a welcome addition as the current wine glasses are large and need hand washed. Please post the golf course mowing schedule as they start mowing on the 18th green at 4ish in the morning. Knowing the mowing schedule guests can close the doors and windows and use the air conditioning for the night.

Absolutely ideal in every way.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It was spacious, fully stocked with everything you could need and in a great location for golfing, shopping and eating. David with Kona Coast was an added bonus; so helpful and available. We will never book anywhere else on the BI.
