Condo was very clean and had all necessary cleaning and cooking supplies provided, there was even a closet full of different beach supplies that you may need during your stay. Check in process was smooth and was able to communicate with host easily. The view from the condo was stunning and the property was very nice with 3 different pool options. Air conditioning worked well and was available in each room as well as a tower and ceiling fan.

Well equipped, lovely location, pools were super, especially the ocean pool. Grounds and landscaping were very tidy and lovely variety of plants. Loved the beach towels, toys, chairs, and sunscreen! Staff were very friendly and helpful! We’d enjoy returning soon!

Great Ocean Front Condo

We loved the location of this condo and enjoyed the large deck that looked out to the ocean. It was spacious and well equipped. We used the pools, hot tubs and pickleball courts, all of which were well maintained. It was hot the week we were there and very happy it was air conditioned. There is a big closet with beach chairs, towels, snorkeling gear and other beach toys. The condo was a bit dated but clean. We would definately stay there again.

Wonderful location and an Amazing Condo...what a View!

We were only there 4 days; but loved the views, location, and how well stocked the place was. We felt Welcomed, and everything we could have needed was there! Good A/C, plenty of room, and we loved playing cards on the balcony every night! Oh, and the Kanaloa location...good pools, views, BBQ's, and more! Highly recommend this location...except for when we are there, Ha!

Great, roomy condo!

This condo was a great homebase for our family of 5’s visit to the Big Island. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Very clean. Air conditioning in each room. I we also loved the area, a 15–20 minute drive to Kona and town life. And easily accessible to anywhere we were visiting on the island. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Everything is as pictured. Great location, a little bit of a distance from all of the tourist stuff, but the drive was not bad at all. There is a shopping center with a grocery store, pharmacy and some restaurants really close by which was great. The condo is well equipped and family friendly and the view is amazing. It was quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend. We didn't interact with the property manager so I can't really speak to what that would have been like, but I rated it five stars to keep the rating.

We loved staying at this condo. Our reservations for a resort reservations were canceled and we had to find another place to stay. The condo surpassed our other lodgings in so many ways. 3 comfortable bedrooms, a beautiful lanai with complete ocean view and gorgeous sunsets, full kitchen, and neighborhood Turkey! The adult pool was great. Missed using the ocean pool as it was under construction. We 4 adults loved staying here. Thank you so much for such a lovely condo!

Beautiful condo with an unbeatable view

We are a family of 4 (with a toddler) and stayed at this condo for a week. We absolutely loved it. Kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary cooking utensils/dishes/pots/pans. The closet in the hallway was full of beach towels, hats, sunscreen and beach toys. Bedrooms were nice and spacious. The ac worked great and cooled the entire place down. The view was the best! Very quiet place, nice and clean. Perfect for our family vacation. Easy to contact host. Definitely will stay here again.

Another Wonderful Stay at 3104

Returning to Condo 3104 was like coming home! A Welcome Basket of Hawaiian treats was much appreciated. There were spices, olive oil and condiments in the kitchen along with napkins, foil and plastic wrap. The condo was very clean and of course there was the wonderful view from the lanai where one can see dolphins swimming--bring binoculars. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit to adjust to ones own comfort. Everything you will need for the beach is there including sun screen. It was hard to leave and we are hoping to return once more to this "home away from home."

Amazing location!!!!

Our vacation at this townhouse was one of the best experiences we have ever had. We’ve been together 35 years and we took one of the kids and his family including for children ages 3 to 10. This townhome was perfect for all of us. It had plenty of room inside. It had enough beds. And the view out the balcony was outstanding. We spent so much time on the balcony having breakfast or coffee or the Kids playing and coloring at the balcony table. We felt secure with the gated community we used two of the three pools and even had a barbecue by one of them and use the grill that was available. A grocery store was close by. It was a Convenient location to get to anywhere we needed to go whether it was the green sand beach the black sand beach or going across the island to Hilo. And what a great supply of items that we needed inside the townhome!!! There were even two children’s life jackets plus some goggles for swimming plus pool towels. I am recommending this location to everybody I’m talking to who wants to go to Kona!!!!!!!

Wonderful condo, amenities, and view!

There were six of us spanning three generations: our first family vacation together and first time to Hawaii for five of us. We chose this condo for its view looking over the water, spaciousness to accommodate our various needs, included beach gear, and the enthusiastic rave reviews. We can now add to them as it was everything we hoped for and more. And every one of us agreed we would readily return to this same condo again. The highlight was the beautiful, breezy balcony with table, chairs, and chaise lounge where we spent most of our time eating, reading, relaxing, and looking out over the water and at the glorious sunsets. We made good use of the included beach umbrellas, chairs, towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, cooler, and even a cart to haul it all. The kitchen and bathrooms were also well-stocked by the owners and previous guests. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and plenty of storage and closet space, including the loft where the two older teens stayed. We appreciated the location, just south of the hubbub of Kona, yet extremely convenient with a nice shopping center at the top of the road and easy access to highways to north and south attractions. We had everything we needed for an amazing week together and can't say enough about the excellent space and our experience here. Mahalo!!!

Beautiful Views and wonderful stay

Our condo provided comfort and room for all 6 of us. It was well stocked with kitchen necessities and spices as well as aquatic recreational gear and the owners provided helpful tips and instructions. The accommodations were beautiful and spacious. We felt spoiled. We spent much of our time on the large deck overlooking the ocean, enjoying the sea breeze, the sounds of the crashing waves, and taking in the view and the amazing sunsets each and every night. This was a special place for us and we hope to return in the future.
