Apartment located in the Cala de Villajoyosa in Benidorm, with capacity up to 6 people. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room with a large balcony through which it communicates with the main room and kitchen with island. It is located in the Balcón del Mar urbanization, on the top floor of the building, with large common areas and two communal swimming pools. The apartment has wonderful sea views from the living room and the main room and fantastic mountain views from the other bedroom and kitchen. It is on the beachfront, it is a new building and in front it has a large boulevard with gardens and playground.

The area is magnificent with easy access to shopping centers, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Benidorm for a more bustling option.

Das Apartment war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut, direkter Blick auf den Strand. Wer allerdings Ruhe sucht und um 20.00 Uhr schlafen möchte, der ist hier falsch. Wer Unterhaltung sucht und fußläufig Lokale haben möchte, der ist hier genau richtig. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei. Es blieben keine Fragen offen, die Reaktionszeit auf Nachfragen war sehr schnell. Das Objekt wird von dem Hausmeister sehr gründlich gepflegt. Für uns war es ein schöner Urkaub in einen schönen Apartement.

God beliggenhed med fantastisk udsigt

Lejligheden ligger øverst på 8.sal med flot udsigt fra balkonen. Lidt svært at finde gratis parkering, men det kan lade sig gøre ved supermarked tæt på. God indretning i lejligheden og fint udstyr i køkkenet. Stranden tæt på har lækkert fint sand uden sten og tang. Dog er den lille og tætpakket. Poolen ved lejligheden er med saltvand, og her er mere ro end ved stranden. I alt et dejligt ophold.
