Great stay near Colosseum

Simple but fit all our needs. Air conditioning was strong and neighborhood was quiet. Convenient walking distance to many sites of ancient Rome. Pier was very responsive prior to check-in and met us at the apartment when we arrived. Would recommend to others.

Great accommodation provided

Check in was very easy and host was easy to contact. We had a great space, perfect for 6 people, it was even cleaned mid way through our week stay which was an added bonus. Excellent location which was a short walk to the Colosseum and was central for taking the metro/taxis, and we had a choice of supermarkets nearby. I would recommend Pier's appartment for families/friends, and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Pier!

Would stay here again

Very comfortable beds and rooms. On the first floor. Good A/C. In a quiet neighborhood close to the Colosseum. (But a bit of a walk to metro and bus stations.) Host was great at communicating. Met us there at check in—showed us around the room and showed us how to use things. Would definitely consider this vrbo on a future trip.

Top verblijf

Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad, zeer goede locatie dicht van het Colosseum, iets verder gelegen dan de rest van de bezienswaardigheden. Zeer nette woning met hartelijk en professioneel ontvangst van de eigenaar (inclusief rondleiding in de woning en enkele tips). Ik raad deze verblijfplaats zeker aan.

Beautiful, modern accomodation, superb location

The aparment was absolutely beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Everything has a new, clean feel. The pictures do not do it justice! The location is fantastic, a short 7 minute walk from the Colloseum, the house is a short 10 minute walk from the Rome Termini rail station and is easy to get to. Pier was super helpful when we arrived, we took longer then expected to arrive at the property and he was waiting for us at the property to show us around. He also gave us some good tips on places to eat and things to see. We really enjoyed our stay!
