Mews Cottage is an exquisite holiday cottage set in the tranquillity and seclusion of the magnificent Bonython Estate. Guests can enjoy the tranquillity of the beautiful and renowned Bonython Estate Gardens beyond the cottage’s own courtyards.

The cottage sleeps six and is beautifully furnished, earning a 5-star rating from the Cornish Tourist Board. Set within its own private courtyard, it has been enlarged and updated by incorporating a part formerly used as a private Chapel.

Situated six miles south of Helston, Mews Cottage is close to the magnificent beaches and coves of The Lizard Peninsula. Eight minutes' drive brings you down to Poldhu Cove and the wonderful coastal paths.

The layout of the property has been designed with great thought and style. The cottage comprises three large bedrooms, two upstairs and one on the ground floor, each with its own bath or shower room. The dining hall and charming sitting room both have wood burning stoves and the separate kitchen has a breakfasting table.

All rooms face south across its two private courtyards, one gravelled with outdoor table and chairs and the other with lawn and sun loungers. Parking at the rear is accessed from the Estate’s private road, adding to the peace of the setting.

There are areas of unfenced water on the Estate, and the farm lane is uneven. Children and infants must be supervised on the Estate
The nearest supermarkets are in Helston (5 miles distant) - there is Sainsbury, Tesco and Lidl.
