Enjoyed our stay in 413B

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as described, very clean and well maintained. We love this location a little further away from the busiest part of Destin, but still able to walk to several restaurants. The proximity to the beach is a huge plus! Our kids enjoy having access to the pools, playground, and sport courts. Would highly recommend this location.

Amazing from beginning to end

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can’t say enough good things about this company. We originally had booked a stay through Seascape and was given a completely incorrect room. We went downstairs, trying to talk to management and found no one on site. That’s when glass Casa came to the rescue. The staff was amazing about finding us a different room that lived up to exactly what we originally wanted. We was able to get a new room the next day and checked into our room early as well. We are forever grateful for the help of the staff to make our vacation what it should be.

The location of the property is great and the property itself is perfect for a beach trip. Our only negative comment is that the management leaves out minimal supplies. For example, there were only two trash bags for our entire stay; there was no hot pad to get things out of the oven; only one roll of paper towels; no food storage containers. Also, many essentials were not provided (no shampoo/conditioner; no salt/pepper set). Had we known we would need to get these supplies, we could have arranged that. But since we did not have a car, it was much more difficult to acquire these items after arriving on site. They provided beach chairs/toys, which was great. But there were no beach towels. So you need to bring those or buy them at a nearby store. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the frustration about lack of supplies could have been avoided if it were communicated.

Beautiful beaches, beautiful time

Clean, attractive condo. Good location near restaurants, etc and excellent access to the music festival we attended. Price reasonable. Negatives: Bed way too soft for our taste. Some traffic noise with doors open. Overall pleased with our experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo in good location, great beach access and view. Had everything we needed but could use a better cleaning. There was lots of sand in floor when we arrived, also i had to tighten globe on ceiling fan because it was shaking and about to fall off and put both shower doors back on their rails. Overall though a good vacation spot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a perfect location. Overall it is beautiful with and amazing view. It does require some upgrades to the bathroom showers. Also the kitchen utensils and other items should be updated as they have been overused. Great times at the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo is ideal for a great family vacation to the beach. The location is perfect. The condo was in average condition ... looks as it does in pics but some stains on carpet, furniture, couch bar stools. Otherwise, the unit was clean and comfortable. My biggest complaint is the property management and staff. The manager was not at all friendly-borderline rude. The staff not friendly at all. We have stayed in numerous beach condos and were really surprised at the poor service. The condo itself is a good value, but once you get there you are on your own and can expect poor and unfriendly service.

Beach vacation

Overall this property was decent. We loved having two king beds since we do not have children, and there were just two couples. It is usually difficult to find a property that doesn’t have twin beds or bunk beds. The beds were not exactly comfortable and could use an update. My only other complaint were the bathrooms. The old metal shower doors would either fall off completely or not slide at all. A simple shower curtain would have been much better. The upgraded kitchen and living room space was very nice.
