Proprietaria molto gentile ma l’appartamento non corrisponde per niente alle foto e descrizione

Siamo stati delusi dal primo momento: l’appartamento doveva avere vista sul mare sia dalla camera da letto che dal soggiorno e invece dalla camera abbiamo vista su una scalinata e un lampadario (non si può dormire con la tapparella alzata per via della luce e rumore) I due terrazzi dell annuncio si sono trasformati in un balconcino da dove altre persone devono passare per arrivare a casa loro. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà ne ad un apppartemento “simile”. L’appartamento è rifatto nuovo con cucina e bagno nuovo ma manca di arredamento : niente alle pareti ad esempio (ancora diverso dalle foto). La proprietaria è molto gentile ed è venuta a accoglierci al porto e farci strada, ci ha anche portato tavolino per il balcone, cavatappi, tagliere e ombrellone. Ci ha anche dato delle indicazioni per fare un escursione in barca a vela. L’appartamento è abbastanza vicino al centro per avere difficoltà a parcheggiare tornando dalla spiaggia ma siamo andati ogni sera a piedi in centro Per finire faceva molto caldo dentro e abbiamo avuto difficoltà a rinfrescare la casa e a dormire a causa della luce della strada che non ci permetteva di aprire le tapparelle
