Private terrace (facing south): The terrace of 35sqm has a resting area with an inviting plant-filled pergola and outdoor seating - making it an ideal spot for sunbathing or just enjoying the view from the terrace.
The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a residential building, without elevator.

Pleasant and ideally located apartment
We loved the apartment. It is in a great location, is well appointed and clean and ticks all the right boxes. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent and it is a great place to explore all that Seville has to offer.
The apartment is charming, although the spiral staircase is a bit challenging for those of us over the age of 50. Beds are super comfortable, and we very much appreciated smart TV. Location is wonderful, close to everything. We could walk to all historical landmarks.

Great Place !
We loved our stay at this VRBO. The patio was perfect in the morning with your cup of coffee and end it in the evening with a glass of wine. We were there during April Fair and were able to watch the closing fireworks from the patio. Place was clean and owner was very responsive to any question we had. I highly recommend this place.
Very comfortable apartment in a great location with a super terrace. However, some things need attention and repair. Window blinds are broken and not functional. Chaise longue on terrace has a long rip in the fabric and needs replacement. Some kitchen utensils are badly worn and need replacement. The picture of the terrace is no longer correct and needs updating.

Looking at it now, it seems amazing that there has not been a published review on this property since 2023. I wish we noticed that before booking. Had we noticed, we would likely have given this property a swerve. Let’s start with the good stuff. If you were looking for a reason to consider this property, the only one would be the roof terrace with the louvered pergola. It is a great space to enjoy the sun and skyline of the Triana neighbourhood. Check In - got to the property on time and proceeded to stand around with our bags on the street for over half an hour, waiting for the host - unprofessional. As soon as the host opened the apartment door we were hit with the pungent funk of multiple reed diffusers cranking out some nasty smelling concoction of who knows what. After the host left, we put the three olfactory assault devices out on the terrace for the duration of our stay. Upon further reflection, we reckon they were there to mask the mustyness / dampness / who knows what, which was pervasive. The kitchen was tired, dirty and unbelievably cramped to work in. The small wall between the kitchen sink and cabinets was filthy.The oven hood only partially functioned and was caked in grease - gross. The “badly worn” kitchen utensils that John O. wrote about 3 years ago are still there! The living area had cracks in the walls. We bailed two nights early and moved into a hotel. Our advice to the owners is to use this review to do a thorough refurb. It needs it.
Accueil 10/10. Confort literie moyen. Matelas non protégé et couvert de taches, oreillers non protégés. Une des serviettes de bain sentait très mauvais heureusement il y avait celles de l'autre chambre. Escalier en colimaçon très dangereux, même pas une barrière. la porte de la salle de bain ouvrant directement sur le début de cet escalier vous risquez de basculer dans le vide lorsque vous accédez à celle-ci. Toilettes au premier en haut de cet escalier. Bref logement très cher par rapport à certains hôtels qui pour le même prix propose le buffet petit déjeuner. Quand à la terrasse inaccessible par temps de chaleur. Seul point positif le quartier magnifique.
Très bonne situation avec un quartier très vivant et la possibilité d'aller en centre ville ou faire des visites à pied.
Seul bémol, la pergola de la terrasse était démontée et avec du soleil, impossible de rester sur la terrasse, sachant que le choix de l'appartement se fait en grande partie pour la terrasse.

Wunderbare Terrasse über Sevilla
Schöne Wohnung, wobei die Dachterrasse das herausragendste ist.
Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und der junge Mann hat uns alles
ausführlich erklärt. Die Lage in Triana ist wunderbar, auch beim nächsten Besuch würde ich dieses Viertel wählen. Man wohnt sehr
zentral und ist schnell in der Stadt und es ist wirklich ruhig.

Excellent location
Apartment had everything we needed great location for eating and drinking bars and restaurants all over. Very cheap to eat out. Be careful of taxi transfers at the airport they added 10 euro onto the fixed price which we never realised at the time. Only downside was we had to wait around 4hours for apartment to be ready after a long journey we was exhausted we thought it would be ready on our arrival. Overall a great holiday.

Great location, great apartment
This apartment is just a few blocks from the lively Triana district, filled with restaurants and bars and ice cream shops. A great meal is just a minute or two away.
The apartment itself is really nice. The living room is cozy, the bedrooms are comfortable. The terrace is the main draw, however. It was nice to sit out there in the evening after a day of sightseeing with a bottle of wine.
One thing to note: there is a spiral staircase to get up to the bedrooms, bathroom, and terrace. I thought it was charming, but it may be hard for someone with a disability to navigate.
