Villa Feliz Apartments, Two Bedroom Apartment No.2

Villa Feliz: Our comfortable villa situated in the edge of the small village of Portella de Messines. It is a very pretty spot offering peace and privacy close to the pleasant inland town of Sao Bartolomeu de Messines (commonly referred to as Messines), which lies about 15km north of Albufeira in the centre of the Algarve and is only 30 minutes by car from Faro Airport. We have welcoming local country bars and restaurants, which offer better value than the coastal resorts, and you will also savour the character and atmosphere of Portugal. The local people are friendly, especially if you make an effort with your phrase book. Main shopping can be done in Messines or, for immediate needs, there is a small general shop only a few minutes walk from Villa Feliz. If you want the sea or night life, it's only a 20 minute drive away.
For golfers, there are many superb courses from which to choose in an area 25 to 40 minutes drive from Villa.


Each apartment is fully equipped with linen, towels, cutlery, crockery etc., but beach and pool towels are not provided. Linen and towels are changed weekly or more frequently if requested
The one bedroom units normally sleep four; The bedrooms have twin beds and double bed settees in the lounges.
Each lounge/diner is tastefully furnished with cane and pine furniture. Patio doors lead to the balcony with its own table and chairs.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and refrigerator.
Each apartment has digital satellite TV (BBC programmes), Wi Fi Internet Access and heaters for cool winter evenings.

Whilst Villa Feliz is fully insured, personal valuables and money are not covered and, as with any holiday, it is wise to take out insurance for these items and also for medical cover.
