Old family house, in stone, 140 m2, surrounded by an enclosed and flowery garden, renovated in 2016. Located in the historic heart of DINAN, this house has the character of a quiet and spacious home.
You are two minutes walk from the historic center and local shops.
The port of DINAN is 10 minutes away on foot. The first beaches are 20 minutes by car and the city of SAINT MALO is 25 minutes.

Perfect location within the town walls. Harry ( the host) met us on time and showed the property, which surpassed our expectations. Would recommend!

A rare find. Located right at the edge of Dinan town centre, with private parking. All necessary facilities. The rooms are all of a good size, with a kitchen-diner as well as a lounge-dining room. Good showers, plenty of hot water. Cutlery, crockery and dishwasher, induction hob, oven, large fridge freezer etc. all made catering simple.Harry is a very helpful host and gave us a detailed tour of the house.. We would be very pleased to stay here again for our next visit to Dinan.

Fabulous location, charming house

This lovely, sunny house is in a great location. The house has large rooms and was clean and well equipped and we enjoyed our dinners on the sunny patio. It was a little short on toilet paper for three people.

Comfortable Stay

House is superbly located within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do and yet was peaceful and quiet. Great to have safe off-street parking. It is well equipped and beds are obviously new and really comfortable. We felt the dark old fashioned bathrooms and toilets let the place down somewhat and had no windows or extractor fans. Harry was extremely helpful and answered any queries really promptly via the app before and during our stay. House guide file helpful but seemed a bit out of date and for those who don't speak French, there was no translation! Overall, a really lovely place to relax with family and would happily return.

Great location

Our stay was very pleasant. A very nice,old fashioned house. Our check in was fine, if slightly rushed. Problems were sorted reasonably quickly. As mentioned before, the bathrooms are a little brown and old fashioned but functional otherwise. The equipment in the kitchen etc.. was good but some of it we discovered quite some time into our stay. A couple of bits missing - oven gloves, an extra tea towel, bin bags, clarity about recycling, etc.. etc.. Nothing too bad but worth thinking about. We still had a great holiday and we would recommend it,

Nous avons passé une semaine plus que agréable. La maison est super bien équipé et l’emplacement idéale pour aller visiter à pied, mais aussi pour le marché, restaurant, boutique, glaces etc. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible au besoin. Et en plus pas trop loin des plages non plus. Franchement superbe location nous reviendrons sûrement.

Lovely Dinan rental

This is our 3rd time renting this property in Dinan with the family. It’s just off centre with all the Restaurants and shops close bye this is why we chose this one. The only thing we are not happy with is the downstairs toilet is always very smelly and unbearable at times. We have mentioned this to the agent but unfortunately this year it is still bad so will have to think again about renting next year.

Belle maison dans un bel endroit

Maison spacieuse et très propre dans cour interne. Entourage calme mais seulement à 100m du centre de Dinan. Dinan est un village touristique vraiment à voir. Le propriétaire Harry est serviable, joignable et en plus très sympa. Merci à Harry pour nos vacances inoubliables.

Vivre à Dinan a été une de nos plus belles expériences durant notre voyage. C’est une ville magnifique. Le tout a été rendu possible grâce à la location que nous avions faite. Maison d’une grande qualité, bien entretenue et avec beaucoup d’espaces communs et de services. Le seul point négatif est peut-être qu’il y a des règlements un pointu.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'attitude de ces vacanciers qui ont pensé que Pascaline était leur room service. Leur arrivée à 13h au lieu de 14h30, ce qui était déjà une faveur, leurs appels intempestifs sur un numéro d'urgence pendant 3 jours de suite. Une location de vacances n'est pas un hôtel ! Et puis c'est facile de citer une personne sans se remettre en question sur sa propre attitude. Nous ne souhaitons pas vous accueillir de nouveau. Et je renouvelle toute ma confiance à Pascaline pour son excellent travail depuis 2 ans. Françoise, la propriétaire

Très belle propriété située au cœur de Dinan avec de belles grandes chambres, des lits confortables, une belle terrasse et un stationnement privé. Tout à proximité. Merveilleux séjour

Pascaline nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. La maison est belle et spacieuse. Les literies sont excellentes et tout est prévu pour les locataires (draps + linge de maison ....). Cette location est située dans le centre historique. Nul n'est besoin de prendre la voiture pour visiter la ville ou faire les courses. Location à consommer sans modération !!
