Other benefits include dedicated parking on-site, and this prime location is just a 2min walk to the harbour and Newlyn village centre with restaurants and cafes and of course the local fish mongers whose daily catch is direct from the harbour.

Why they chose this property

Always wanted a home with a in the unspoilt non touristy Newlyn Harbour Village, far from the madding crowd yet close enough to shops/ cinema/ art galleries/ restaurants/ cafes and coffeeshops if you need them. No traffic noise, only the sound of the sea. And did I mention the incredible views?!! No car walk or cycle everywhere....
